If you are interested in the physics that make a motorcycle work, totally recommend reading this book, don't really have to understand every single equation but it's a fantastic way to introduce yourself to how different tires, geometry, speeds, leaning angles and a bit of aerodynamics affect motorcycle handling. It helps to understand why we do things like counter steering, rear and front brake combinations, rider position, weight balance and much more. I actually think it would be a great idea if someone made a very condensed version of this without the scary math to make it accessible to more people, I think it would help riders get better both in the street and at the track. All I can say after reading this is: it's kind of a miracle that motorcycles exist and like bikes even more now.
