People With No Real Problems Fall In Love

Yeah, this is a bit messy. The plot meanders, and yet the love story still progresses too quickly. Joe gets too fussy about a lack of complete disclosure of Fen's past, basically to get a separation to cause drama. Fen allows her cousin to have waaaaay too much control of her life, even in situations where he wouldn't have the power.

The art, like in many of the Harlequin comics, is pretty basic manga artwork, sometimes with boring grey backgrounds rather than something that took effort.

There's nothing exceptional about this, and nothing interesting enough to recommend it. While it wasn't awful, it was rushed with unbelievable elements, so I'd give it a pass.

Very different to the normal stories ...

...

but still wonderful.

Fen has been sheltered by her family all her life but a important slip of information has her leaving her family and being independent.

Fen is nearly mugged but turns the tables on the would-be mugger and ends up meeting Joe.

Fen allows him to drive her home but Joe is critical of all that Fen holds dear. Fen works as a bar woman, but filled in for a sick singer and this is when she gets into trouble with brother Adam.

Fen, Joe and Adam have tense relations but all works out in the end.

Great graphics, clear and readable text.
