Such a great smile in the intro as he explains his name, with lots for parents to not just feed their children, but to use food as a life skill to help the family be healthy.

He has such great tips, such as high-heat roasting to bring out the food's natural sweetness, especially with vegetables.

There are many photos of young people (and of the food!).

He makes flavorful dishes with herbs: BLT wrap, curried chicken salad wraps, various chicken dishes, tomato-basil soup, turkey meatloaf, individual pizzas, macaroni and cheese,

tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad,
fish dishes, veggie sides, like carmelized carrots and vegetable pancakes with potatoes, zucchini, and carrots,

and desserts, like brownies, coconut macaroons, and honey and oat cookies!
