Disclaimer: I helped Ray Holt to write this book.
It's a fresh perspective on the history of Ict technology. The book allows to understanda that the way things happened is not the only one ever concievable.
The current version is short, and allows for many stories to be told.

This is not brilliantly written and it sadly it is also quite concise - I'd love to read a longer version about the lead up to and development of the F14 ADAC - but the subject matter is captivating. Ray Holt as a kid out of college really did create the first microprocessor and carried that secret with him for thirty years while others took the limelight for being first. Reads well alongside 'Digital Apollo' and 'Where Wizards Stay Up Late'.

This is a brief and lightly, if at all, edited personal memoir. It’s like 2 stars unless you’re a tech history nerd. Which I am. So 4 stars.
