The first half tells a somewhat interesting story that was begun in the last chapter of vol 3. The last half is some totally unrelated hentai that the author also wrote. Overall, just... not impressed with the quality of this series. It's not the worst I've ever read, but it's very of its time.

Not as good as volume 3 - Started out with a solid storyline, but about half the book is comprised of ecchi side-stories that have nothing to do with the plot of IWGP. It was cool seeing what else the writer has done, but it seemed like filler to pad the book out.
