Ridiculous pro-Milosevic propaganda, apparently, according to this author Milosevic was entirely reasonable and not to blame for anything. Also, it felt somewhat racist and misinformed about Albanians.
Its written by a former Communist Party member, former CND chair

This was the worst book I've read this year, a book masquerading as history
