Jayne Pembroke's entire Monday has been a disaster. She was soaked from the rain, she was late for work, and she's just heard rumors of company restructuring. But when billionaire Erik Randolph overhears her joking about trying to get easy alimony, he presents her with an offer she can't refuse. And when they soon find themselves walking down the aisle, Jayne can't help but wonder—could a marriage of convenience turn into one based on love?
Typical Harlequin story started with the most eligible bachelor looking for a convenient wife to get married with. I wish it could be some more but well, it just end up okay. A good book to escape from the novels I usually read.
