Arguably the best strategy guide for arguably the best game, Final Fantasy VI.
This edition targets the Game Boy Advance version of the game, a superset of the original Super Famicom (SNES) game, the 3DS eShop Virtual Console version, and the Pixel Remaster on Switch, so it contains everything in the 2023 releases, plus the extra Espers and dungeons.
The lists of Lore, Rage, and Colosseum items are comprehensive. The maps are easy to follow. Of particular utility was a coordinate-grid-based world map, showing which squares contain each overworld monster, in both the World of Balance and the World of Ruin.
The only downside was the Bestiary, which lists monsters in alphabetical order rather than Bestiary order; as such, if you are completing the in-game Bestiary in chronological order and need to figure out a missed entry, mapping gaps and sequences to this text takes hopelessly long. Better to pair the map, lists, and walkthrough content with the V-Jump Master Guide: Final Fantasy VI Advance Master Guide (2006) ISBN: 4087793931 Japanese Import
