Since I read the Enthrall series from Vanessa, I thought I had an idea of what this new spin-off series would be. That was absolutely incorrect. I definitely had no idea what I was getting into. This one felt more suspenseful to me and I loved every second of it. One thing about Vanessa’s writing is that she jumps right into the story. I have felt this way every time I’ve opened one of her books. I am usually hooked from page one and this story was no different.
The main group of men (De Sade, Atticus, Greyson) in this new storyline were introduced in the Enthrall Sessions series, but I do believe you can read this book without needing to read those. Although, I one thousand percent recommend reading those. They are amazing books and you will get an overall better understanding of everyone’s story. Also, you will get to meet the sexy Cameron Cole who makes a few appearances in this new storyline.
This starts out with De Sade as a Dom at the secret club Pendulum and he is introduced to a submissive, Stella. She is very mysterious and seems to be a newbie to this world of BDSM. They have instant chemistry, but De Sade will do everything in his power to stay away from Stella until he knows why she is keeping secrets and when he can trust her. Only thing is, Stella is very persistent and she will do anything to get De Sade to trust her and let her become his submissive. No matter what it takes. They both are keeping secrets, but who will figure out the truth first?
If you love books with billionaires, forbidden romance, secret societies, BDSM, and suspense. This is the new series for you!
This book was about De Sade and his love interest Stella, but I will be over here “patiently” waiting for the intriguing story of Atticus. The hot ass tattooed surgeon. 🥵 Especially with that cliffhanger? I’m on the edge of my seat and will be here until further notice.

Brilliantly, Exciting... Light Shines Light 🕯️ In the Darkness... Stella and Jake's story
In this story we meet Stella Adair who is summoned by Lance Merrill to his yacht. She was summoned to the Hades a yacht where her brother was the Skipper. She is is told that she has to seduce Jake aka DeSade to get information so she can save her brother's life, AJ is his name. She is given a penthouse apartment and instructions on how to be submissive. She is then taken the next day by Lance to Pendulum a new sex club, which is supposed to compete with Chrysalis. Stella and AJ are orphaned and have been since they were 15 and 16, she being the older sister. She has tried her best to look after her brother. She meets Jake Carrington, Greyson and Atticus, who are trying to purchase Pendulum but the members of the board do not want to sell or make it easy for them to purchase it for nefarious reasons. This story of BDSM and love and trust and even freedom are rolled up in this exciting story of the first book 📚📖 of Chandelier Sessions. I of course loved this book and can't wait for book 📚📖 two of this series. Vanessa Fewings is one of my favorite authors and she did not disappoint. It was wonderful and it didn't hurt that Dr. Cameron Cole made an appearance along with Shay Gardner. I would highly recommend this book 📖.

Now is the time to own each other. When I heard about the continuation of the Enthrall Sessions and to hear that our favourite Cole was making an appearance it was an absolute sign me up. Vanessa knows how to expand her universe and keep us entrapped in the best way possible. I love the change of dynamic since sometimes it takes a dominant woman to match the dominance of a powerful man. A lot happened for them and that cliffhanger will have me wanting more until the next one is released. When is that? April?! Way to keep me on edge which can be fun.
Plus, since I read too much vampire books normally and always thinking about them. Well Camera Cole is essentially Lestat if you think about it always somewhere. Also, did you know Vanessa has a vampire dearies? No?! Well check that out which is called The Stone Masters Vampire.

This duo of characters are incredibly addictive to read. You’ve got Jake is the main male character and Stella is the female main character. She is trying to save her brother from the evil Lance, who has kidnapped her brother in order to force her into spying on Jake who’s a member of the BDSM club, Pendulum. Once she goes in undercover as a novice Submissive, knowing nothing about the lifestyle, she is immediately labeled a spy by her target, Jake. He can’t leave her alone and becomes intrigued by her, obsessed with her, and cannot step away. He’s determined to save her. He is determined to keep her. The storyline is 100/five for spice. The storyline is amazing and again I would expect nothing less from the genius mind a Vanessa Fewings who wrote the enthrall series. Highly recommend this book!

I literally couldn't put this down. Read it all in one sitting. As always the pictures Vanessa paints for us readers are so exquisitely done you can visualize where the scene is being set. This story was so good, so on the edge of
your seat terrifying, so romantic, so HOT. It pulls you through the story line of the relationship between Jake and Stella and sets you down not so gently at the edge of a cliffhanger. Can't wait to read the next book. Five stars all the way.

Chandelier Dream by Vanessa Fewings is the First book in the Chandelier Sessions Series. This is a spin off of the series Enthrall Sessions. So reading that series will add to your enjoyment of this one but it is not necessary to do so. This is the story of Jake/ De Sade and Stella. When Stella's brother is taken hostage by the evil boss Lane. Stella is forced to try to seduce Jake to find out who the silent partner is in his group. Jake and his friends Greyson, Atticus and a silent partner have wanted to take over Pendulum and turn into more like Chrysalis. Enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more in this series.

Holy Crap this book was Fire! You will very much need to read the enthrall series. The characters in these books and continuation are from the same world. Stella intrigued me from the very beginning, much like Mia did in the enthrall series. They might not know about this world, but they have guts, and with Stella, she has to do what is asked of her due to her issue with her missing brother. I loathed Lance Merrill in the enthrall series, and now you really see his psychopath nature coming out. The twist and turns, the side of the BDSM world with Jake kinks I really hadn't read too much with were intoxicating. Vanessa, your alpha men are top tier. I hate them sometimes, then I want to present myself to them .lol great great start this this co tinuation of this amazing Bdsm world.

5 Chandelier Stars
It feels good to be back in the Vanessa Fewings' world of Enthrall. But this time, Chandelier Sessions is taking place in the ever-secretive, Pendulum. This dark and mysterious club has already been mentioned in Enthrall Sessions. However, its story revolves around Jake "De Sade" Carrington together with his friends Atticus Sinclair, Greyson Grantchester and a Silent Partner, taking over to transform it into a reputable one. While waiting to take full ownership, he encounters the suspicious Stella Adair. Aside from having a storyline surrounding blackmails, deception, questions of trust, and betrayal, there is a bit of deviation as to how it's being written, compared to Enthrall. This has more dark and edgy on it which I truly enjoyed and loved. You'll never put it down once you've started reading it. I've already known that De Sade is extreme regarding his kinks during his introduction in the Enthrall Series. However, seeing his vulnerable side in this series makes you understand his need for pain and Stella's naivety and innocence make their chemistry perfect.
This book ends on a cliffhanger, which I know most of us hate in a series. But this also means that there's more Jake and Stella and will also expand the story of Greyson and Amelia and Atticus and his mystery lady. While waiting, I may need to re-read the entire Enthrall Sessions.

This was a fantastic read! I was captivated from the start and enthralled all the way to the exciting conclusion. This went straight to the top of my reread pile.

Jake, along with three of his best friends, have decided to buy out Pendulum and convert it into a safe haven for those within its walls. But there is resistance from some very powerful people, and they will stop at nothing to ensure their sinister lifestyle stays consequence-free.
Exploring Pendulum was fun and exciting. Since its introduction in the Enthrall books, I’ve been aching to see what lurked behind those dark walls. When the door is cracked, and we get a peek inside, trust me when I say it was well worth the wait! Vanessa Fewings did NOT disappoint!
Stella’s character was fleshed out so well. She was just an ordinary woman thrust into an unknown world. Innocent, caring, and family oriented, she would stop at nothing to protect her younger brother, even if that meant betraying her innocence and a man she found alluring and seductive. Ultimately, she went from ordinary to extraordinary as she discovered her power, her courage, and her inner strength.
Jake and Stella were SEX-EY! They ignited the pages with their chemistry and left us a scorching, smoking, hot mess. I LOVED them together. The author unfolded their layers and obstacles so eloquently. Jake would do anything to protect her, and Stella not only understood Jake, but she also matched him perfectly. She found her inner Goddess as she navigated through secrets, lies, love, and the BDSM world.
The Wrap Up:
This was a sensational start to this Enthrall spin-off. I loved seeing old friends and am excited about these new characters. And with the way Chandelier Dream concludes, you know the next book will be just as powerful and exciting.
As a side note, you don’t have to read the Enthrall books to understand Chandelier Dream, but you should read them. They are phenomenal. I have two words for you. Cameron Cole. Remember that name. You’re going to be obsessed with him!

I was so excited when I found out Ms. Fewings was starting a new series.
The title, Chandelier Dream intrigued me and the blurb hooked me.
I knew I’d like the book. But I didn’t know how much I would.
I absolutely loved it!
The story was exciting, suspenseful, danger filled and sexy and erotic.
I love a book that keeps me on the edge of my seat. I love a book where parts have me fanning myself.
I love a book that has amazing characters that grew and develop along the way.
And Chandelier Dream had all that and more.
Stella and Jake are characters I admired. They are both courageous and resilient.
The hard times they both went through showed their determination and dedication to come out the other side a winner.
And with but they went through as individuals and as a couple proved that no matter what life threw at them or how many times life knocked them down. They always got up, dusted off and endured.
Jake and Stella may have been bent along the way but they never broke.
The chemistry and physical attraction between them was off the freaking charts!
It hot and explosive. It’s sexy and delicious and provocative.
Loved what they had. And how with time and trust that connection grew and became stronger.
To the point of complete trust and confidence and knowing in their heart each one of the would honor the other. And never overstep or break the bond of what they built.
The rest of the characters are also interesting. Greyson and Atticus, Jake’s best friends are also intriguing. Oh but Atticus has me interest piqued full scale.
Rylee was the black horse for me. She’s just filled with surprises.

I read the Enthrall series, and really loved it as Vanessa Fewings has a very addictive writing style that's for sure, however, Chandelier Dream was a bit more dark & twisty (with the kicker of extreme heat) that delighted me to no end. Jake (aka De Sade) is trying to buy the club Pendulum with his friends, and it's not going according to plan. Honestly, there are a lot of shady moving parts all around. Stella is our heroine with secrets in her eyes, and she's determined to become Jake's submissive but he is suspicious of her. Despite those suspicions, he's super drawn to her so he can't stay away either which brings the thunder on the tension front with a kicker of sparks flying. This author never disappoints when it comes to the scorching hot sexy times, and this story is no exception. I love heat in my books, but suspense is totally my jam which this story has in spades so the twists are coming in hot. My heart was racing a ton as I didn't move an inch once I picked this story up, and my anxiety levels were high since Stella has those secrets going on as dirty little secrets always come out. It leads to a mother of a cliffhanger so now I'm impatiently on pins & needles for the next book because I NEED SO MUCH MORE! Anyway, I'm super EXCITED for more of this new series, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After finishing this story, I had to take a pause to go through everything that happened. (If you have not read the first part of this series you might have some questions.) Kidnapping, forced submission, intrigue, suspense, secrets to name a few. Stella is forced to become a submissive when her brother is taken hostage by his demonic boss Lance and she is forced to infiltrate a group of people who are trying to take over Pendulum. Pendulum is a private club where a lot of shady things happen and Greyson, Jake, Atticus and their silent partner are trying to purchase it and make it more like Chrysalis. Her objective is to seduce Jake aka De Sade into telling her who the silent partner is. So many secrets are within these walls, with a sixth floor where nobody comes back of and questions on who are part of this group of people controlling that floor and making things difficult for our group of friends to take over the club. I love seeing Stella come out and make a place for herself with De Sade and his friends. However he naivety put a lot of people in danger and might get them all killed. I can't wait to read the rest of this sensuous, nail biting story.

You will be so glad you did.

Vanessa writes a mysterious tale that has you hooked from the beginning. Amazing plot, intricate characters, and intoxicating spice will have you begging for more.
This is my first Vanessa Fewings book, and it did not disappoint.
The character progression with the FMC was superb. Stella went from questioning her worth in the beginning to owning her power in the end.
De Sade has major character growth as well, realizing his past can do more than haunt him, and he needs to accept what has happened to move on.

This is my first Vanessa Fewings book, and it did not disappoint.
The character progression with the FMC was superb. Stella went from questioning her worth in the beginning to owning her power in the end.
De Sade has major character growth as well, realizing his past can do more than haunt him, and he needs to accept what has happened to move on.

Eh, I don't want to shit all over this book or this author because the elements were there. They really were. But this book jumped around so much and read more like a summary or an outline than an actual book. The premise was intriguing and I needed a good spice-heavy read. But per usual, I need to remember I'm here for the plot first and foremost. It was too disjointed, so many loose ends and so many scenes occurred without any knowledge of how the hell I got there. Maybe I needed to read the previous series first? And the BDSM was repetitive, while the FMC's traumas were also glossed over to the point that I didn't even know what they were. And I say this so much about BDSM fiction that maybe it's a me problem, but it's always detailed so clinically. The writing wasn't terrible nor was the the dialog (actually very well done in my opinion), but the overall plot just had too many holes and too little substance.

Amazing!!
What an excellent way to start the Chandelier Sessions series!! I loved this story of Stella and Jake!! Stella is forced to seduce Jake by the horrible Lance Merrill in order to save her brother A.J. Jake isn’t looking for someone but as soon as he sees Stella, he is enamored. The two dance around each other and both fall in deep. Once Jake finds out that Stella is there because of Lance, he gets Stella to tell him the truth. They still can’t be together. But Cole sees something in Stella and works to teach and guide her. Jake won’t know what hits him!! I cannot wait for Chandelier Sins!! What will happen to Pendulum?? I can’t wait to read what happens next!! Great book! I highly recommend!!

Jake and Stella’s story. Whelp…. I thought this book was somewhat confusing and kind of out there to say the least. I almost was a DNF early on when it was revealed that Jake’s wife/ex-wife brought his arch enemy, Lance Merrill, home and screwed him in their marriage bed, and while it bothered Jake he seemed to easily accept that they would have sex with multiple people😏. Yeah… I actually read another book and then went back to this one simply because I’d read and enjoyed several of the Enthrall books by Vanessa.
I did finish this book but there were so many inconsistencies and starts and stops and the plot was kind of all over the place. I was confused a lot. Hmmmm. I’ll have to think about whether I’m interested enough to go to the second book.

This is the first in a new series, and this is Jake and Stella’s journey. When Stella’s brother is taken hostage, she has no choice but to seduce Jake, to find out who is the silent partner is the mysterious club Pendulum. The chemistry between these two is combustible and undeniable. This is a well written secret society story, which is emotionally charged, with human trafficking, murder, lies, revelations, drama, intrigue, surprises, suspense, twists, and love, which leads to an unpredictable, enemies / lovers’ dark romance, which is not for the faint-at-heart.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This book was incredible! Stella had me completely hooked from the start, just like Mia did in the previous series. These characters may not know about the extraordinary world they're a part of, but let me tell you, they've got some serious courage, especially Stella, who's on a mission to find her missing brother. And oh boy, the antagonist Lance Merrill is a real piece of work, showcasing his true psychopathic nature. The story is packed with unexpected twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat, and Jake's unique preferences added an exhilarating element. Vanessa, your dominant male characters are top-notch, even if they sometimes drive me up the wall. This new installment in the BDSM universe surpassed all my expectations. You must get your hands on the Enthrall series and continue with the Chandelier Dreams books. The characters in both worlds are unbelievably captivating. I'm eagerly anticipating Chandelier Sins to see where this extraordinary journey takes us!

I was gifted this ARC for an honest review, and I don’t know where to start!! I was captivated within the first few pages!! This series is a spin-off from the Enthrall series and we also have the pleasure of having Cameron(swoon) in this book as well!! I was entranced with the story of Stella and Jake, the details and settings in the book were finely detailed, and I can’t wait to read the next one!! Vanessa never disappoints, be prepared to be mesmerized to the very end!!

I’m not a fan of BDSM but I needed to read the book after reading a lot of positive reviews. Firstly I really loved the plot, the suspense and obviously the main characters. I’m rating it 4 stars because the author was very capable of letting me step into a world of darkness and debauchery and at the same time she captured my attention with this twisted plot. I obviously needed to skip some chapters because I felt some uneasiness but as a whole I made it through the book unscathed.

Intense erotic suspense story. Carrying on from Enthral there are many of the same characters and here the focus is on Jake AKA De Sade. This character has morphed from an unlikable sadist into a far more nuanced character who has a strong caring side.
Stella who is new is a fine character who becomes more interesting as the story moves forward. There is plenty of tension in the plot, but I still miss the psychology from the early Enthral books.

I am just stunned by this book, though I shouldn't be! Vanessa Fewings always writes beautifully and creates intriguing, compelling and complex storylines and characters, without fail! I am delighted to be back in the Enthrall world, meeting up again with much loved characters getting to know so much more about De Sade/Jake, and meeting the strong, loyal woman that is Stella. As the book progresses she comes more and more into her true self, gaining confidence and revealing to us, and to herself, depths of which she hadn't been fully aware. Her exposure to the vile Merrill kicks of a story of mystery, intrigue, plotting and subterfuge as the seedy underbelly of Pendulum becomes more obvious. What an outstanding start to another, most welcome, series. 💖💖💖💖💖💖

I loved this book, it had me hooked from the beginning.This is the story of Jake and Stella and what a story it is. I read the entire Enthrall Series and loved it and this new book was simply amazing. I can’t wait to continue the story in Chandelier Sin, Venessa you outdid yourself again with another great book.

Just as good as I expected it to be!
I absolutely loved the Enthrall series and Chandelier Dream was just as good!
Jake and Stella’s story was so good. Him finding his perfect match but having to go through loss to get there. Her figuring out she belonged in a world she had been thrown into.

It's a Good Book
I'm glad Vanessa has chosen to continue on with this series and the characters. I don't think I'll ever get tired of being updated on the lives of Cameron, Richard, Shay, Henry, and "the girls". I can't wait to read about Atticus and Graysen. I especially love the tattoos covering Atticus' hands. Thanks for writing these stories! I love masculine, dominant men!
