Rejoin Boyd where you left him as he walks the road of building the strongest Hero team humanity has ever known.
Boyd celebrates his recent victory with Silver and Kitsune as Glorith City celebrates him as the Hero he'd given up on being seen as. After several years of either being stuck in a lab or remanded to domestic responsibilities, he is more than ready to see some more action. It's what he was raised for, after all.
Things continue to move faster than Boyd is used to though, and whoever is targeting him certainly isn’t done.
Boyd will learn more about how his Enhancement works while providing new insights into where Powers in general come from. He will solidify his relationships and meet a new prospect to fill the role he is leaving behind as he moves into the field. Along the way, he will start to address the traumas from his past.

Absolutely garbage polyamorous story just like book one. THIS IS NOT A HAREM.
Do you want to experience world where no means yes? Do you want to read about a MC that was raped by women and men alike? Do you want to read about a MC who is effectively a doormat? If so then this is your polyamorous fantasy. Absolutely unequivocally garbage. Don’t waste your time.
I tried to see if it got better but it didn’t and made the MC dumber.
The only part I liked when Silver was called on her bullshit.
Also note to writer slow down your story. 2 books in under a 72 hour period is too fast, especially when each character has been on medical leave multiple times.
Also called it, but still major manipulation.

Ok so first Thai isn’t a bad series I’ve enjoyed Boyd and the others hes meeting but silver is just wrong and once you read the epilogue to it proves it, I can deal with her being a dom I can understand her need to convince him for a harem but the constant behind the back and manipulative acts and he even knows it but just shrugs it off it’s just to much no true “Hero” someone who was trained to be one for his life would just write off her actions and behavior as a quirk to her character time after time she crosses the line and he just lets it go for a character written to be the embodiment of good and to be a hero there’s no way he’d just let that stuff slide
Really excellent world building here. But beyond that, the story would be compelling in any other setting. Although Boyd likely needs a kick in the butt, the characters are not simple constructs. I look forward to the next book with great anticipation.
Even if your not a fan of the super genre, this author has made this an exceptional fun story to read!!! A fun and interesting world for our imaginations, interesting and enjoyable characters and some excellent adult fantasy activities!!! I for one can't wait to see what happens next in this series or what else this author come up with!!!
The first book was enjoyable but this one was more of a slog. It felt rushed and lacked polish with numerous errors and pacing issues. 10% of the book alone was spent on the protagonist putting on his suit. That and the errors with spelling including typos of character names made this entry not as good.
I would actually rate it 4.5 due to slightly poor editing of words and sentences but everything is still easily legible and enjoyable. Things are also getting very interesting and really hope some mental stuff is properly dealt with and looking forward to more!
I really love this book. I thought it would be like the other genres, focusing on sex only with multiple cracks in the relationship. But this is different.
I was thinking the villain is the psychic that almost killed him when he was young. Forced on him by the Authority of course. What is the fairy girls power? He "sees" it as more than silvie's power!
The 1 star reviews aren't wrong. The situation isn't good. The MC is being lead around by his junk while his head is in turmoil over the effect he has.
The story, world, and characters continue to be engaging and entertaining throughout. New abilities come to light and more is revealed about where they come from.
Interesting story with some unexpected twists at the end (something I do not encounter often…) nice characters, cool world. I can’t wait to read the next one!
This book is better than book 1, but still very much not deserving of a 5 star rating. As with book 1, I'm still going to mark it as 5 stars because (again) the series as a whole is good enough I think it's worth grinding through an awkward start.
Luckily for the reader, book 2 is significantly more pleasant than book 1, and you can start to see where the series is going and what the payoff is going to be.
I won't really run through too much else about the book (it's just a stepping stone to the good stuff), or the series (as I did that in book 1).
If you made it through book 1, you should totally read this too, it's even better, and gets you closer to book 3 where stuff is actually great.
