How does one receive a revelation of God's love? Is it only for those who are destined for a great purpose? Is it simply emotions or memorization? Or for those who qualify?
In this Scriptural Devotional the Word simply speaks God’s heart and love to you. That you are loved because “He is love” (1 John 4:8). That you were so loved that He gave His son for you (John 3:16). That His perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18) and His abundant love has been poured out within your hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5).
These verses are straight from God's heart to you—His love letter. If you allow your mind and heart to be transformed by these verses, you will forever walk with the revelation attitude and confidence that you are loved by God !
Without receiving explanation or proper understanding, one may read these Scriptures regarding “God’s love for you” and end up viewing God’s love and mercy as something we have to work for or beg God to give. The Book of Psalms, for instance, was written by writers living under the Old Covenant. Under the New Covenant, we—through faith in Jesus Christ—live as children of God Almighty. He dwells within us and His love for us is immeasurable.
This is a great little book of Scriptures about God’s love for you. For each page, there is a page of Scripture and a blank underlined page for notes. Various translations are used including the new Amplified version which I really don’t like after reading this devotional.
