The author of this book is the cohost of probably my favorite real estate podcast, so I decided to get her book. It is a very good introduction to investing. I think that this would have been really helpful, especially before I bought my first property. Admittedly, I had no idea what I was doing, but this book avoids too much jargon and lays out a step-by-step procedure for buying your first property. It is not a bad reminder even though I have done a few deals now. If you're interested in real estate and want to get started, this book is definitely worth your time.

Diving In
Just went through my first round of this book. It’s a literal road map. My husband and I have been meeting every Saturday morning to discuss what we’ve been learning. Doing our research (which this book gives you many actionable steps). This was a really helpful book for someone looking to get into buying their own property for the first time.
