A good guide to live by. It would take discipline to apply and years to implement fully but, worth it. Not for everyone. Some people prefer a more systematic approach however, the simplistic methodology is very applicable and usable.

Nothing revolution about this book. The author doesn't spend much time reflecting or sharing personal stories and hardships he has struggled through and discussed his journey through them. Instead, he focuses on others accomplishments and fortitude, passing off their stories as inspiration and support for his "warrior mindset"

There is also some very right wing themes though the book - blaming wokeism and a "victim mentality" for reasons why people don't succeed. The author suffers a lot of the pitfalls of Republican propaganda - advocating for understanding and empathy with others, but turns around and promotes phrases like "if you want something, just work hard"

2/5 stars for some basic planning skills to work on
