Another fantastic book from @jeremy__bhandari ! Jeremy’s book Trust the Grind was the book I used for my Librarian in the Huddle program and when he reached out about this one, I was so excited to get my hands on it!

So much of this book would be a great book study program with any athletic team, health and nutrition students and just students who want to reach certain goals with their body. My husband loved it, I loved it, and I know any teen or athlete would love this. If you have implemented a librarian in the huddle program at your campus, this book would be perfect.

In this book, Jeremy highlights how a commitment to fitness can help your entire self, not just your body but mind, drive and emotional state as well.

This is a must for any HS NF collection!
