Hanna Hamilton has been fascinated with the Regency era ever since she was a young teen, first discovering historical romance novels by famous authors such as Jane Austen and Lisa Kleypas. She believes that love was just so much more magical back then, more like a fairy tale. She always daydreamed about finding love herself that way, but since that is impossible in the twenty-first century, she decided to write about it instead!
Born in Texas, Hanna Hamilton obtained a degree in Creative Writing and has worked as a literature teacher before becoming a novelist. When she isn’t writing, Hanna likes to explore the countryside with her husband and two children, gaining inspiration from the natural world around her.
So, come on a journey into love, confusion, and redemption all within the Regency era. Hanna hopes that you will enjoy immersing yourself into her novels and that you too will find a love for old-fashioned romance, just as she has.
Christiana is disappointed about her quest in finding a husband. She decided to visit her aunt and the place where she first fell in love with a stable boy. Falling in love with the Duke next door is a betrayal of the boy she once knew. Or is it?
Christiana came to visit her aunt's estate hoping to see the stableboy that she had crushed on as a youth. When she fell in love with the neighboring Duke, she felt that she still loved the stableboy. Therefore she had to pull back from the Duke.
Really enjoyed the and could not put it down. Would recommend the story to my mother and her friends. Keep up the good work and look forward to reading some more of your books.🤗😀😍🤗
Loved the story and the slow realization that the stable boy she loved was !Laurence. I was very disappointed that I couldn't get the epilogue to appear because of the wonderful storyline.
I could not get my head around the fact that Christianna played with this boy every chance she got as well as falling in love with him at 10 years old, but didn’t know what his name was even stable. Boys have names. It had a lovely extended epilogue.
That she would see him the last time at15 yrs with him yea ortwooder and no eogne him s o elievale.if shad see hth last te a10 maybe. Too have played with him for years and not know his name is even more unbelievable.
This book is so cute! There were some minor grammatical errors, and could have used some polishing; however, I think this book could have been a good full length book.
A very cute Christmas story. Warning lots of second hand embarrassment but otherwise very sweet. A quick read if your looking for something mushy to kill time
