Wanted women to be milked for extra cash. Come in to work and walk out with money. All body types and sizes wanted.
Driven by urgent need, I had to no choice but to apply in person at the Milky Bar.
Waiting on my divorce and hoping that he gave us enough child support to live on, I couldn't take that chance. I had to have a job and there was one thing left that I could sell and make a decent profit on—my boobs. I was older now and not in the great shape that most men seemed to find attractive. Was there really a chance for me to make money to support my family?
The Milky Bar could be just what I needed to make ends meet. What was the harm in letting rich men drink breast milk that came from my body if it was a glass? If their kink paid the bills, who was I to complain?
When a tall, well-dressed man with the startling green eyes took a liking to me, I began to wonder if I could get a second chance at love?
Jersey Milfshake's Milked for Money is the first in the Milky Bar Romance series filled with kink, humor, sex, and second chances at romance for women society has overlooked.
This was inexplicably included in a list of freebie erotic romance, which it is NOT. Despite the cover and title, it's very much women's fiction with shitty ex, four kids, divorce/custody court hearings, a divorce lawyer who should be struck off for ethics violations as the 'hero' (after a skimmed courtship she marries and has 5th kid with???) and the dullest, most clinical 'milk bar' set up imaginable. If you're looking for fun, sexy kink, this is not it.
I appreciate this for what it is,but the amount of grammatical errors made reading this almost unbearable. If the author hired an editor, and reformatted this book,it would be much more enjoyable.
I absolutely, utely loved reading Milked for Money: Milk Bar - Book #1!!! All about Wren Dixon a mom of four children, who was just emailed a divorce decree by her husband of fifteen years of marriage. Jerry Dixon was her husband and he had a job that took him away from the family three or four weeks at a time. He traveled all over the place, recently he had not been home in three months. On his desk sat a pile of bills. First in the stack was the mortgage it was behind two payments. Wren was very nervous because for the last twelve years she was raising her babies, and had no job. Her littlest was four, but she continued to lactate and sold her milk to premiees and special needs parents. The money she squirreled away for a vacation for the family. She looked up ways to use her lactation to help make money, and found a job. Read about Wren and how she found a way to make a life for herself & her kids doing something legal and extremely profitable. Lots of emotion, and toe curling does occur. Definite Read!!!
First, this was... so very much NOT a kinky erotica romance story. It does have a HEA, though. But, man alive, it was a struggle to get to it.
Second, I have zero -- ZERO -- issue with the plot. I loved the idea of the plot. There aren't enough good STORIES (not just straight up sex stories) that center on lactation out there. I hate that it was tortured in the way it was on its way to being executed. So much so that I've put entirely way too much thought into "editing" this and self-pubbing it myself. You know, in a more readable format with a more enjoyable story. (I won't, but, man alive, is it tempting...)
Third, I really... and I mean REALLY... need to stop snagging free kinky smut books in the middle of the night when I'm awake, struggling to recover from bad dreams. I do not make good book choices at those times. Never. I make really... really... REALLY... questionable choices at those times.
This book was a surprising mix of erotica and a story of starting over when your world crumbles under your feet.
Wren's husband has left her high and dry, with 4 kids to care for, and a pile of bills to pay. So in an attempt to keep afloat she takes a job at The Milky Bar. Unconventional, yes, but far from the worst thing she can do for money.
I love the characters in this book, aside from her ex-husband. He's a giant piece of garbage. They all help Wren find her way, giving her a helping hand when she needs it. Seeing her evolve from a downtrodden housewife to an independent single mom to a woman in love but still with a backbone was refreshing.
Always check the TW/CW: 💥spousal/parental abandonment 💥verbal abuse 💥lactation
Anywho! Time to wrap this up with the goodies: Read: 3🌟🌟🌟 Spice: 3 🌶🌶🌶
When Wren Dixon finds herself in an all too familiar situation she has to find a way to support herself and her children. When Wrens husband Jerry takes off one day to never return, this super mom has to find a way to make ends meet. Wren gets a job at the Milk Bar, doing the only thing she is capable of doing, nursing. After being left at home to have and raise children she, like many other mothers, didn’t have the experience to take on a traditional job. What she didn’t know was that the Milk Bar would be her salvation and provide her with the best future for her and her children.
Good lord. So, this is presented as kinky erotica, but there's A sex scene in it. There's an insane amount of typos and nonsensical sentences, and poorly written sentences as well. The romance is dry - the love interest shows no interest in her, he shows up at the bar abruptly with no explanation (is he a regular??) and then he immediately asks her out after her divorce is finalized, like after a month. Also she bought a house in TWO DAYS with no money?? Almost all the book is incredibly dry and clinical and boring. Not worth the free download.
Overall, it's a very good storyline. I really felt sorry for the FMC, who was abandoned by her husband and left to figure out how to support her family. She came up with an idea to sell her extra breastmilk and found a place that specializes in certain extraction methods. Some twists occur in the story. 1 spice level.
Would I recommend it? Sure. It was cute! I will probably read the others in this series. Did get this on a SYKD.
This was very weak fan fiction about milking kink. Instead it could have been actually really interesting story of recently divorced mom who was trying to get back on her feet and rediscover her femininity in unussual work environment. But we got boring and shallow characters, badly flowing and rushed story and unacceptably immoral (not even in fun way) lawyer. Just no, no, no.
This is a new to me author that I will be reading more of. The concept is one I never would have thought of or normally chosen but I was in the mood for something differently. I enjoyed the thought and concepts put into this book. I recommend giving it a read.
This is the first time reading this author and I was pleasantly surprised. The characters were well thought out. The plot was interesting and sex scenes were sizzling. All in all, can’t wait to read what next from this author.
The end of this book completely contradicts the middle. Not a fan. Character said her tubes were tied but at the end she’s pregnant. The editing is awful. Like it was never edited at all. Not a fan. Glad it was a free download.
Story had potential but ultimately felt like it was lacking a lot of depth. Also my copy had a weird glitch where you read the whole book and then at the end it jumped back to chapter 3.
I found this book by random chance and said, sure why not try it. It’s a quick read that makes you think that not everything is what it seems. It was cute but not super spicy.
This is an unusual, short story to me. Some readers may even see some of themselves in the story. There are a lot of editing errors that are distracting but do not change the story.
I really loved this book. Yes when you have to take care of your children you do what is necessary. Its not a normal job, but she earns het own money and is able to get over het cheating man and finds a man who loves her and her children.

Wtf did I just read? This was terrible. It was an interesting enough idea for me to pick it up, but it was also 30 minutes of my life I will never get back. It read like a first rough draft that was never revised or developed.
This is a unique little specialty, second chance love story. A perfect mixture of fantasy and reality, composed in to a sweet and slightly kinky romance. It does need quite a bit of editing. Overall it's an okay short story.
Ok. In all fairness I read this book as a lark, rather than with any expectations of it being a five star read. The story was mostly pretty cookie cutter with the exception of the whole milk bar aspect. Am I upset I read it? No. Would I read it again? Also, no.
I was looking for a fun smutty novella and instead got family angst, and a multitude of shitty characters. That lawyer should be arrested. And what is the point of a story of getting out of an emotionally abusive marriage just to marry the next scumbag that hits on you? Gross.
i thought it was going to be a short fetish feeder story that are sometimes fun to read, but it was so much mor. It felt real, right from the start, and I kept reading because I wanted to know how she got over her circumstances. Her neglectful husband dumps her without warning, and she is left with the fallout of her marriage imploding. When she found the Milky Bar, she asked questions that I would ask in the same situation, it was just a good story, definitely more than a fetish feeder!
This book is very well set in its niche with a milking kink. I enjoyed the concept, but felt like the story was rushed and I would have preferred more spice.
