Abby is 28 and heading to her childhood friends wedding. Incidentally she's still nursing a secret love for her friends Father, Richard who's the same age as her dad. Richard is a cop who's been through a messy divorce and one too many crazed dates.
I'm a sucker for age differences admittedly but while this story was short, it was unbearably sweet. It doesn't skimp on the sex but it had enough plot to make me tear up. A nice balance between hot and ache-worthy. It's not a heavy read and I give it 4 stars because I would have loved if it had been more fleshed out.
