If you enjoy leadership books, you'll probably get something out of this worth your while. The biggest flaw of the book is that I felt the latter 2/3rds loses sight of "accountability" (the author almost entirely abandons the word for quite a few chapters at a time).
There's some good stuff here (the standout chapters being 8 and 11) about blame and self-awareness. But I am not a huge fan of business oriented leadership (etc.) books.
At times it felt compelling, it is a book about oranizational accountability, but falls victim to a self help spiral of individual striving.
I just think leadership is more than "striving to acheive results."
