The battle for the soul of Phoenix is over.
Things in the supernatural world should have calmed down, but they’re heating up.
At Least Dyani and her pack are satisfied because everyone else is still out for blood.
The bloodbath started by the King and the Master isn’t over yet.
The death of the vampires’ leader has caused a power vacuum. Any vampire old enough to make a claim for control is crawling out of the woodwork.

If the staff and the vampires aren’t enough to contend with, Saul makes a deal with a fairy.
A real-life, pointy-eared fairy. Dylan is starting to feel like they’ve stepped out of the real world and into a fantasy story.

Faeries and Vampires
Dylan and the Van Helsings are busy trying to clean up the vampires after the Master was killed and find out they have bigger problems. There is someone with a staff that can control the vampires and there are faeries who want the staff. Now they have to figure out their new enemies before they are defeated and their new enemies rule. Great series with lots of humor and action and I cannot wait for the next book.

Ancient Powers (The Helsing Society Book 5)
Okay, I haven't ever read such great description of fairies or their trickster methods of conning humans. Fiona conned poor Saul and then Esmeralda conned poor Dylan and then the rest of his team including Megan, Misty, and Fluffy. None of whom came out of the con or the battle without bruises. Hope book 6 gets here soon!

Absolutely fast paced excitement in this book!!!!
Congratulations to Bradford Bates and Michael Anderle for this amazing series. It’s extremely hard to find such intexresting and exciting authors who not only write intelligently but also provide top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book.

good series, easy read
An interesting and novel premise. Lots of fantasy types to enjoy. I’m flying through these quickly and enjoying it on KU.
