A confusing cross between a magazine and a book, the pages on kindle are scanned in and unhighlightable, the demonstration pictures of the techniques are inconsistent and at times difficult to link to the explanations given, lacks depth and when I looked at some of the video footage of the matches described it didn't necessarily line up with what the author discussed.
