It was recommended to me by my friend here in the UK. It consists of short stories and observation remarks about England and British point of view, which is sometimes far different from others and how can that drive one crazy E.g. 10 cm of snow = no traffic and the end of the world at the very least. It is told with affection and wit and I positively fell in love with this book immediately after reading first story. Though I don't know if it has English translation.
