Love Her Enthusiasm!

This short book is a very quick read, and from the very first pages, you cannot help but be caught up in the author's enthusiasm. You can sense how much she believes in herself and wants to help you believe in yourself as you put in time and effort on your weight-loss journey. One thing I noted in all the pictures, whether before, in the middle, or after, was her large, infectious smile. She radiates joy and contentedness. You can see and sense that she walks the walk and talks the talk. She discusses her weight-loss journey in a non-chronological order, taking time to discuss aspects of it that she sees as important. If you're hoping for a book filled with “I am” affirmations, you won't find that here. She does list motivational quotes in the back of the book she has found helpful on her journey. If you're ever feeling down about where you're at, pick up this book for motivation!

Great inspiration for change

I feel energized and motivated by De Andrea Blake Garrett’s words of wisdom and experience. I plan to start my journey with the affirmations she shared in the book.

Loved it!

No Hocus pocus. There is no short cut to losing weight. The author offers really good suggestions. I highly recommend.
