Twelve Told: A 12 Days of Christmas Journey to Discover the Fullness of Who Jesus Is

Each year, we return to the first chapters of the Gospels to remember the birth of Christ. That’s neither the beginning nor the end of the story Christmas is about, however. While the Son of God entered the world one day in Bethlehem, that wasn’t the beginning of the Son’s story. The four Gospel writers tell us much about what happens at Christmas, but the rest of the Bible speaks either to the coming of Christmas or reflects back on its significance. Twelve Told is a devotional booklet for the 12 Days of Christmas (the days starting with Christmas and leading up to Epiphany) to help see what the whole of Scripture says about Jesus.

Each day's reading includes a passage from the Bible along with a prayer and a reflection on what that part of the overarching story tells us about what happened at Christmas and how these aspects of who Jesus is can impact our own lives and our relationship with Him.
