A jokester gets angry. He grows from OP to extremely OP with Gravity Magic. He needs more power to fight the System and the evil assassin leaders. He needs a crusade.
Commander Jay Luckrun is a bit more than a dorky weirdo these days. He's a dungeon crawler of the Multiverse and a relentless killer of thousands of men and monsters. People think he's the blame for the spread of the apocalypse, too! Some of that might be true, but Jay still thinks of himself as a hero of comedy.
But when a secretive group of villains gets empowered by the System and attacks the people close to Jay, he might have to lean into his infamy more. He might have to go all out to seek vengeance. At the very least, his next Rank Evolution is going to be the greatest evolution anyone has ever seen on Earth.
Jay will gain more stats, Skills, loot, and magical items that are more powerful than ever before. He will go on a global journey that will help him refine his fighting abilities and turn him into a stronger warrior. But will that be enough? Will his mission to defeat the oldest enemies overturn all the suffering? And push the world in a new direction?
Jay has no idea. But you know what...
Regardless of the challenges... It's time for a change. It's time for a crusade.
What should you expect?

This had much of the same flavor as the first two. The chaos, the meta-concepts, the stats, the battles.
But it could truly benefit from an editing pass. Sentences that…work, but could easily be improved (“…centuries or thousands of years…” — you mean ‘millennia’?).
Really, I am ‘punishing’ the book for being so good it is hampered by moments of weak writing. The series is reimagining the apocalypse in a way no one else has even touched on. It’s like a rough draft of a Mozart symphony, listening to a recording of a rehearsal session of a fantastic new group. You can see the brilliance, but it needs a bit of work and sounds worse *because* of the talent that just isn’t quite meshing yet.
Ummmm..... Can we talk about how good this book/series is??!! Absolutely in love with Jay and I cannot wait to see what happens next. I am glad everyone is leveling up and that they handled a great threat. Everyone's amazing!!
I enjoyed reading this book very much and I recommend this book to anyone who like LitRPG and progression type of books with apocalypse type of themes. Plenty of action and intrigue.
While there was some skipping of the long unimportant fight scene parts for me in this book, I continue to love the absolute madness of the narrative driven system laid out in these books and love the craziness you get brought through.
This book and story series goes from meh to awesomeness as this Author has found his way. As the kids grow so has my interest. I usually like the old dude in a new younger body story as it gets rid of the teenage angst.
I liked the characters' advancement and development which has lots of imagination! The story gets a little tied up in itself with the system administrators interference but I enjoyed the tie-in of all the earth fables to the Benefactors.
