Nothing ever fits Grayson, so when he finds a tailor that promises to work magic on his new suit, he just has to give him a try.
Grayson has spent his whole life trying to hide behind everyone else. And as short as he is, it's been easy. But with an awards ceremony coming up, he wants an outfit that will turn heads. Maybe even the head of a woman who will finally see past his height.
This tailor says he can help him do just that — that getting a new suit can transform a person. Grayson dismisses it as an exaggeration at first, but as he gets closer and closer to seeing the finished product, he learns that it might be true after all.
I really enjoyed this book. You have a guy, Grayson, who is friends with a woman named Ti (for Kristina.) She's a lesbian while he is a rather short guy at five feet two inches. He's 25 and a virgin.
There's an interesting part where he takes her to an escape room and her reaction is not what he expected. She wants him to go to a specific tailor to get a suit so they visit him and this is where the magic begins.
There's an old saying about 'the clothes make the man' but in this case it's kind of altered.
There's no force used, no putting someone else down. It's just a really nice story with a really nice ending.
I chose this rating of 5 stars because it kept me captivated throughout the whole story. The only thing I disliked was about Ti’s history with her father. Fathers to me are our greatest heroes and knights in shining armor all rolled into one, the one we use as an example to measure our future husbands by, not unhappy memories as the last time that Ti had from her father. Excellent reading! I loved the whole story! Thanks so much Kenzie! 💋💋💋💋
