Avery and Rhys rekindle their middle school hobby of hunting for ghosts in their senior year of college. Avery wants to join the super elite paranormal investigators club, Ghost Encounters Inc., while Rhys is as skeptical as he is averse to full moons. Slowly but surely they uncover the haunting secrets of their local abandoned asylum as well as their feelings for one another.

This was a delight to read! Paranormal suspense with a hint of romance; ghost hunting and unrealized friends to lovers goodness.

5 ⭐️ The Hunt is the perfect graphic novel, with lots of mystery, spooky lore, hot werewolves and the cutes couple I’ve seen in a long time! This story has me hooked, and I devoured the 1st and 2nd volume in one sitting! 10/10, I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next!

Coming from Avialae, I was very excited to see more lovely work from this author. When I realized the topic for this story was going to be more ghost related and specifically involve ghost hunting, my inner child let out a feral screech.
I love that despite how things may being perceived for Avery and Rhys personality wise, they have such a cute dynamic. I also find it adorable how awkward they are at times while it’s very clear that they have crushes on each other. I’m very excited with all of the potential that the rest of the story has, especially with the air of mystery surrounding the town and specifically all the missing people.
I mainly read this jumping between the author’s twitter account and on WebToon, so I’m excited to eventually order the hardcover copy.

I loved Lucid's art style and knew that I needed to try this new series out.

I really love the paranormal aspect to this. I am so curious as to what more will happen with the ghost hunting/spirits and the fact that we have werewolves. Are there even more paranormal things that we haven't seen yet?!

I will say that I appreciate that the characters are in college (and I know that Lucid includes NSFW plot and art in the books); however, I felt that the characters were very horny very fast. I would have liked a bit more progression from the relationship (or even friendship) first.

That being said, I definitely want to continue with this series. It has great potential. And I think that as I get to know these characters more, I will love everything that is happening.

I was skeptical about this comic book at first because it is really hard to find BL romance that is genuinely good with well-thought-out storyline and also has enjoyable erotic scenes that aren't cheap and with artstyle that is genuinely top-tier level.

I'm beyond delighted to say The Hunt comic books have absolutely everything I mentioned.

The characters aren't perfect but they still have their own motivations and past, they are fun to be around and the whole mystery thing with ghost hunting is cherry on top.

In my opinion, it's exactly what a romance comic book should be. It made me curious to know what will happen next and I truly had a good time reading it without any frustrations or disappointments.

On going. I am so in love with the colors. The story is awsome. I wait very impatiently for each update. Boy needs to hurry and "boy" up and tell him he loves him tho.. I said impatiently correct haha. The story is still building but I know from what I have read of the others it's gonna rock.

This is an ONGOING online comic, but it is is SO GOOD already. Just this far in, and there's some awesome UST, rediscovered friendship, reunion tropes that are adding depth to the main characters. I can't wait to see where this goes.
