While there were definitely some powerful statistics, facts, and statements in this book it wasn't a quick or easy read. Parts of it were tedious for me. Am I more informed now? Yes. Am I more knowledgeable? Yes. But I much preferred "Lean In" or nonfiction that flowed a little better. It can be challenging smashing a bunch of essays together. The content was powerful, but it could have been condensed to create a more effective "punch".
