Very misleading

Got this as I was interested to read the "man in the streets" view of 911 as it happened, instead I very quickly began to suspect this was more a "fictional" account of what happened rather than a true account by someone actually going about their business as the horror unfolded around them?

I just feel mislead by the whole thing, so much so I stopped reading after a few chapters to read reviews on it (Something I usually do anyway but, for some reason, failed to on this occasion) it would appear in not the only one to feel mislead.

I found this book confusing part fictional part based on true characters. The facts given towards the end however were interesting
