Do your children a favor and give them this book when they graduate high school. (And try to get them to read a few chapters over the summer!)
It's not the greatest job hunter book out there, but it's very useful for entry-level work, because that's what it's geared for. (It's also very thorough, covering just about any topic a job hunter runs across from start to finish.) I wish someone had given this to me as a freshman, to give me a new perspective on my college plans.
I'll say it again: give this book to your teenagers!
