Quick Training: 28 "full-body" sessions of 5 minutes to train at home:

Rate this book
Put your resolutions into action, get exercising!

Because the hardest thing is to start, this manual presents you with 28 ready-to-use sessions of physical training at home in 5 minutes.

Because in 5 minutes you can exercise all your muscles, including the most important one, your heart!

Of course, you won't turn into a Golgoth or an athlete with these sessions, but you'll gain in toning and in energy. Above all, you will have started a real health process without too much effort of will.

My principle, which underlies the Fit Kaizen method of which I am also the author, is that a little is better than none. 5 minutes are nothing in your schedule, they can however allow you to renew with confidence and smoothly with the physical effort and the benefits which accompany it.

The sessions are designed for those who do not have special equipment. Many of them are done without any equipment at all, others require a light load. Ideally, this can be small dumbbells, but it also works very well with 1 litre water bottles!

The movements are classic (the squat, the pump) or more original, drawn in particular from my practice of martial arts and crossfit methods.

Each session is holistic, meaning that the whole body (or almost the whole body) is involved during the 5 minutes.
You can choose a session and stick to it to progress. Or on the contrary, change it every day to surprise your body.

If these sessions are primarily aimed at those who want to "get back into" exercise and are looking for a convenient way to do so, they will also be of interest to experienced exercisers, who are always looking for ideas or alternative routines when time is short.

Sportingly.
