A lot of great time management tips in a Catholic frame. There weren't many tips that that I hadn't read about elsewhere but how each was attached to a specific Catholic tradition or practice provided some ideas for how to incorporate them into my daily living. I especially enjoyed the last section on the importance of truly keeping the Sabbath holy.

Gives good advice but the best is at the end regarding the Sabbath and even daily mass.

This workbook had some very good tips for managing time. As with many books of this type, I've heard much if this before, but it is helpful to see it put together in a new way.
