Cook's practical guide begins with the notion that God has given us exactly as much time as we need--despite our inclination to think otherwise. Combining the spiritual with the practical, this resource is for anyone feeling the crunch of time or the stress of day-to-day life. Filled with practical suggestions, inspiring examples, and reminders that we're all "on God's time," Time Management: A Catholic Approach will surely become a standout on your bookshelf.
A lot of great time management tips in a Catholic frame. There weren't many tips that that I hadn't read about elsewhere but how each was attached to a specific Catholic tradition or practice provided some ideas for how to incorporate them into my daily living. I especially enjoyed the last section on the importance of truly keeping the Sabbath holy.
This workbook had some very good tips for managing time. As with many books of this type, I've heard much if this before, but it is helpful to see it put together in a new way.
