Love from a Man’s Point of View
Meet iTalli, meaning the Nahuatl word for mother earth, the DACA child recipient sent back to Puebla, Mexico, he must endure the journey and save resources to return to the land of hope, the USA. Meeting the reptilian Alien shape shifting Nephy, whose sole purpose is to monitor the nuclear capabilities of humankind and the study of Latin American novelists.
The odd pair began a journey as Mexican farmworkers, known as Rancheros, here they share their heartfelt and wisdom of the compassion of love, poetry, ballads, soliloquies of their own yearnings and the love prose written by Jorge Luis Borges, Garcia-Marquez, Octavio Paz, Isabel Allende, Pablo Neruda and Garcia Lorca.
The adventure provides rare glimpse of work as farm workers and the discovery of real love by the alien giant, visits to the alien Greys of Oak river, the confluence river at the 3rd Mesa of the Grand Canyon to meet the Hopi Mudhead and skeleton Maasaw, this while pursued by the covert Men in Shades. Then travel to Chaco Canyon with the insight of Hopi astrology to access the atmospheric Portal, to encounter the forthcoming alien ship and its Corn Leaf alien crew.
Wisdom shared is wisdom gained, as both iTalli and the alien Giant, learn the true meaning of love, learning from Latin Americas great writers is a genuine as learning love from one’s own heart.
Here you grasp the understanding of love from a man’s point of view, reluctantly shared for the wisdom of those that seek in concert hope and the elusive enchantment, is a deep passion earned by the loss of love. This the curiosity sought by creatures of the universe, the yearning of what is the meaning of love.
The unspoken backstory is the first generation Mexican iTalli, displaying the will, intelligence, and grit of determination to succeed in Norte America, as he illustrates the backbone and fabric that has shined as in all other immigrants arriving upon this land.
True immigrants possess this singular trait, el Sueno de Deseo—the Dream of Hope, to one day achieve both economic and family success, leaving behind their past and an opportunity for a shot at the golden ring, acquisition of liberty and a free future.
Yet the fervor of this story, is the pursuit of the elusive quest of understanding and acquiring true love, as both iTalli and Nephy pursue adventure in their journey to decipher love in its most vulnerable and intimate existence.
