The recipes often involved using non-carnivore foods like canbagr, onions and carrots, so how is this a carnivore book? I was very disappointed.
The author suggests that eating only meat, no vegetables plus a few eggs and cheese will return your body to a healthy state and lose some pounds as well. There are suggested meals to ear plus recipes.
