A Portent of the Future
The Earth Constitution and the organizations involved in its creation are taking on the challenge of defining, not a utopia, but a functioning human existence that focuses on the most serious challenges that we face today, recognizes the role that humans play in creating our current reality and builds what may be viewed as the obvious solutions necessary to address all the faults of the past in creating a future that eliminates or makes more manageable those faults. Recognizing that the constructs created in this movement have been in development for the past 70+ years I experience a sense of frustration over the fact that so many wonderful ideas exist in our human existence that offer better solutions for the future and yet we don't appear to be getting our act in order. Worth pondering!!
