This was an intriguing read spoiled by the use of gangland slang and was it really necessary to elongate words for emphasis? In my opinion it cheapens the story which was a deep dive into the antics of some great con artists.

i thought i’d enjoy this book cause it has all the elements that should appeal to me but i really didn’t. the author used a lot of jargon and i found myself getting very lost as the story was recounted
