For as long as anyone could remember, the Drakos and Petrakis families had been at war. In recent years, after too much bloodshed, the death of Andreas Petrakis’s wife, and two failed arranged marriages, resulting in the death of Tatiana Petraki, a war starts brewing again. But this time, it isn’t between the heads of the two families but between their youngest sons as they wage war against each other with a foreign Black woman caught in the middle.

To return to her life back in America, Raelyn Armstead played a game with the dark, mischievous Leonidas Petrakis and lost. Not only did she lose her best friend, but she lost the man she had fallen for, Nikos Drakos, Leonidas’s sworn enemy in the dangerous blood war brewing in Athens between two notorious drug lords. But though Raelyn lost the first round, Leonidas already sets the next game in motion, and Raelyn is determined not to lose again. She will win against Leonidas, the maddening devilish man driving her insane, and she will Nikos’s heart back.

But little does she know that another player has entered the game, and he will get his revenge against his enemy and the woman who broke his heart. It is now an all-out psychological love war between Raelyn, Leonidas, and Nikos as they all try to win in the dangerous game Leonidas orchestrated, but there can only be one winner in the end.

Leonidas wants Raelyn’s heart.
Raelyn wants freedom from Leonidas’s chains.
Nikos wants revenge.

Who will win?

Runner cannot be read as a stand-alone. Survivor must be read first. If you want a better reading experience, it’s best to start with Savior, the first book. *Runner is the second book of a trilogy within the Blood War Series, but do not fret. The third book comes out the following month after Runner’s release.

War!

Where do I begin?! Raelyn is a survivor she’s been thru so much. I really thought her and Niko would find their way back together but I always loved the chemistry between her and Leo. I also love her relationship with Theodorus. She’s been betrayed by so many and the reason why I wasn’t a fan of her and Leo is because of Anastasia. I felt like she should’ve walked away from a relationship with him and boy did she try! She’s the ultimate bad ass absolutely love the ending.

However Leo had other plans. His obsession with her made him go to far. I knew he would deal with the Uncle but I was hoping he would bring him to her so she could deal with him. Love and hate his games! Love his cool demeanor and the protector inside of him, the way how he made Rae see her true self. After her birthday gift I was rooting for them but Nikos showed back up and that was the end of that!

I can’t wait to get to the winner! I want them both to win I want Leo to tone it down and win her over. The events in this series has been so unexpected. Keep writing because I’m here waiting for the next one and the next! Miss my other characters.

Ms. Daniels did it again.

I must say Ms. Daniels is the queen of dramatic endings. She always keep me wanting more. Even in book one of this storyline I knew Raelyn would be a formidable opponent for Leonidas. The chemistry was always sizzling beneath the surface. I loved the intricate stories with so many interesting players. I absolutely cannot wait until the next book. Ms. Daniels masterfully drew the reader in.

Jaw dropping!! Panty Melting

Yes Lawd I need more of these two and the games that are played out here Ooh Child!!!...the best female character that has been written so far out of this Series. And let's just say all the Men Wow..🥵🥵🥵 I am so ready for Book 3 of these two...Come on The End Of January.

very,very,very good read

Where do I start. Raelyn was a force to be reckon with. Leonidas went too far but I still like him. Mama Pat and Rheagan were cruel and selfish. Nikos made me mad in one way but I understand in another way. I can’t wait for the next book. Keep up the good books Bee Daniels!

Entering Raelyn

Raelyn had stopped running and stepped into her true self. Baaby, let me tell you, Bee Daniels did her thing with RUNNER. Had me running through my chores to get back to this rollercoaster of a thriller. I am so proud of Raelyn for turning the tables and exacting some long overdue revenge.

When I first started reading about Leonidas’s character, I was really confused as to why he was called a “devil.” He was so kind, sweet, and polite toward Rae and OW, and I thought, How could you possibly call him a devil? Isn’t a devil supposed to be evil, menacing, and corrupt?

But when I finished the book, I understood - Leo was exactly that. He had no right to manipulate someone else’s path or shape someone into something they weren’t. It was really cruel of him to do what he did, simply because he wanted to and because he could.

Quite frankly, neither man deserved Rae, and I would’ve been perfectly happy and satisfied if neither of them ended up with her or if they just weren’t in the story at all.

let’s see who wins

Raelyn got on my damn nerves woooo… this story did not hold my entire attention as much as the other stories, however it was a good read. Not a lot of typos and I’m so waiting to read Gogo and Valentin’s story… I’m hoping Leonidas wins, he’s being the only consistent character so far

Exhilarating

This was such a good follow up to Survivor. I love that our FML finally snapped, it was such a satisfying ending. I can't wait to read the next installment. I'm looking forward to reading GoGo's story as well. I love her personality and I'm curious how the relationship with her and the Russian Mob boss will play out.

This was really good! Bee Daniels really knocked this out of the park! All the characters played their roles well and I had a feeling that the Drakos young man did something to the shipment! This book was about revenge to the max! I cannot wait until the next book "Winner" is released! Whew!

Could Not Put It Down

My first read from this author and I am really enjoying this series especially these last few books. I’m really excited to see who wins the war. I hope there will be other mini books about the thieves and the other groups. These last two books. Hooked.
