My husband is the King of L.A. And I am his Queen. I never asked for this life, but now that it’s mine, I will fight for it with every breath in my body.
Our love is fire and fury, burning brighter than the heat of a thousand suns. But when secrets and betrayal threaten our chance at happiness, will the flames be enough to vanquish our enemies, and destroy our doubts and fears? Or will the ashes and embers of what we once had be all that remains?
A war is coming to L.A, and when it is over, only one side will be left standing. A fierce King will burn the whole world down to get what he wants. But a wise King knows that he can’t win a war alone.
Because when all is said and done, everyone knows that the Queen is the most powerful player on the board.

i need to rant cz it took me 22 days to finish this book and let me tell you it was a struggle:
1) SEX IS NOT THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING LIKE MY GOD WHY TF ARE THEY DOING IT EVERY CHAPTER LIKE I LOVE GOOD SMUT BUT THIS WAS TOO MUCH NO TENSION NO NOTHING IT BORED ME AFTER A WHILE EVEN IN THE FIRST BOOK IT WAS ARRANGED MARRIAGE, ENEMIES TO LOVERS AND THEY JUST DIRECTLY HAD SEX WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT
2) WHY DOES SHE ALWAYS FORGIVE HIM SO FAST LIKE MY GOD GURL U HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE MAD AT HIM BUT ITS LIKE HE TAKES OFF HIS PANTS AND SUDDENLY U LOSE ALL SELF RESPECT SIS STAND UP FOR YOURSELF FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
3) just because it means “good girl” doesn’t mean it sounds sexy like everytime he said “buena chica” it ruined the mood for me fr like everything else he said in spanish was hot but let’s keep good girl, good girl
4) WHY TF WOULD THEY ADOPT HIS ALMOST 18 YEAR OLD COUSIN UMM THATS JUST WEIRD AND THEN CALL HER KID THEIR GRANDCHILD WHAT😭😭LIKE IM ALL FOR ADOPTION IF THEY STRUGGLED TO HAVE A BABY BUT MY GUY SHES YOUR COUSIN YOURE ALREADY RELATED WHY TF WOULD YOU ADOPT HER “to make her staying here more legal” SHE WAS ABOUT TO TURN 18 AND U ALREADY HAVE CUSTODY IF U WANNA PAY FOR HER EDUCATION AND LET HER STAY W YOU THATS GREAT BUT U DIDNT HAVE TO ADOPT HER IN ORDER TO DO THAT LIKE MY GOD AND ALANA SAYING IT WAS AN ADJUSTMENT BEING A GRANDMA AT 20 SENT ME LIKE WHAT SIS SHES UR HUSBANDS COUSIN NOT UR KID
I’m sorry for the lack of commas but this book frustrated the hell outta me
Man, I tried so hard to like this book and I really wanted to and really tried but it was incredibly cringey.
The first thing that just destroyed me was the fact that they kept saying “Creamed” it was said 46 times and yes I counted because it was such a turn off. 🤢
They also had sex almost every chapter and it was so mediocre, it was horrible, it kinda went like “ Are your panties wet?” Okay let me shove my dick inside you and then you cream. That was it. That was the sex.
The lack of plot was concerning, the most exciting thing was finding out that Lucia wasn’t a Ramos. Speaking of Lucia, the author gets her last name wrong, her last name is supposedly Callaghan when she was introduced but she calls her a Gallagher at some point and I was ??? How do you forget her last name???
Not only was the writing mediocre, the plot absolutely sucked, I wish I DNF’d this book because it was such a huge waste of time. And the main thing is, there’s NO character development. It was just utterly disappointing.
The 1 star is simply because they adopted Lucia and that was sweet.

DNF @ 30%! I am shocked by the high reviews of this book. I came for the sequel to Fierce King and could NOT go one more page after being assaulted by the word 'cream'. The plot wasn't strong enough for me to stay.
I was so excited to read Fierce Queen after loving Fierce King so much. Alejandro & Alana are back and hotter than ever. In this book we get to see more of Alana’s perspective & the effect she has on her sexy alpha husband. Alana is soft, sweet & strong & watching her come into her own in this book was great. I could understand a lot of her thought process & really felt like she was a relatable female lead. While Alejandro is anything but soft, we got to see him soften for his girls. This story digs into the characters that were introduced in book 1 & leaves you on the edge of your seat as the story unfolds. Definitely some mystery & a little angst. Hugo & Jax are definitely some of my faves & I can’t wait to see where their stories take them. Sadie Kincaid is a one click author for me with just the right amount of story & steam.
‘You rescued me, Alex, in more ways than you can even imagine.’ ‘No, princesa,’ he said, his voice a low rumble. ‘It’s you who has rescued me. I think that my father has been wrong all along. Love isn’t a weakness. You are my greatest strength, Alana. I can do anything when I have you by my side.’
If it's hot in L.A. it's even hotter in Alana and Alejandro Montoya's bedroom.
If you read book 1 in the L.A. Ruthless Series, then you will have been teetering on the edge of you Kindle waiting for book 2, Fierce Queen, to drop.
Sadie has done it yet again. Fierce Queen is intense, sexy and Alana and Alejandro, who I didn't think could get any hotter, took it up yet another level. They are white hot fire together.
Fierce Queen unfolds the mystery behind the characters introduced in book 1. Unpeeling their backstories and weaving intricate details that leads to what I least expected. Sadie threw me completely, and I never saw what was coming. It's a beautifully executed storyline with the most unexpected outcome and people involved.
Alana Montoya dominates this story, maintaining her strength, laying down the law and softening Alejandro's rock hard heart. A true queen in the making and I was with her every step of the way. Fierce Queen is an incredible mix of mystery, drama, and action that will entice you to keep reading and the scorching, dirty and illicit bedroom scenes will leave you wanting more.
A dynamic book that I loved ever single hot minute of because behind every hot, fierce king of L.A. is an even hotter, spicier Queen waiting to dominate her Kingdom.
I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
I would say 75% sex and 25% plot in this one. So the plot is more developed and detailed than the first book. As far as the suspense and who did it factor. I had it figured out from the get go. Didn’t see the secret kid part though. I am reading the third book now. Cant wait to see how it turns out.
First of all, I hoped the sequel was going to be better than the first book since that one wasn't all that great. I am greatly disappointed in how predictable and repetitive the storyline and scenes were. Also, the characters were insufferable at times and made me not connect with them, which was not helping the storyline at all. There were so many loose ends and random storylines in the book that just did not continue, which made no sense to me. I honestly think this book and the first book should have been on Wattpad for me to appreciate the way they are written. Even similar books to this one that I have read on Wattpad are of better quality. Overall, the book was not bad, but not up to the standard I would hold a published book to.
⭐️⭐️1/2 stars okay was this one heaps better than the first one? no. but it was more entertaining.
we found out a lot of things that they didn’t explain in the first book, like we finally learnt who Lucia was and more about Alejandro’s family and blah blah.
my one positive, Alejandro was less of a dick in this book. he was actually nice and, although he did say some questionable things, was less of a red flag so yippee!!!!!!
also the twist 😱😱😱😱😱 jokes it was super predictable, but still not bad.
was the writing still trash? yeah. but was there actually some plot in this book instead of just Alex and Alana straight smashing for 280 pages? yes.
in conclusion, this book was better than the first one. and hugo and jax are the best characters idc
my knicker king is back Alejandro gets through a lot more , Alejandro and Alana have a surprise Visitor he says to Alana you dont know who she really is she is not called Lucy who is she you will have to read to find out .Alana wants to take her in but Alejandra not trust her but she starts to melt his heart ,someone wants to bring them down he is worried about Alana her safety . they get some bad news and Alana listens in on a conversation and runs to her best friend in LA .he goes after her but someone shots his dad this is just so good you need to read this i so recommend a very talented author so hope a book 3
The 2nd book in the series, this one is so spicy i needed to keep putting my kindle down and taking deep breaths. Alejandro with his magic mouth again wowzer. We find out who Lucy is, her connections and past and this has a knock on effect in Alejandro and Alanas life. The angst and intensity between the couple had me devouring this book a second time as i originally beta read it. Another addicting series by Sadie, her talent is unreal.
Reviewing as a duet. You can’t have Fierce Queen without Fierce King and vice versa. This re-read on audio was just what I needed. It felt like a warm hug and I binged them both in 24 hours. It reminded me why I fell in love with Sadie’s writing in the first place.
Alejandro + Alana are mafia/arranged marriage goals. I’m normally not a huge fan of the virgin FMC trope (but I’m also used to it from historical romances) however Sadie wrote it so well. The spice was great, and progressed naturally, which I really appreciated. And even though there was a lot of spice, the plot was still there and captivating as well.
I’ve loved the glimpses we’ve gotten of Alejandro when characters from Sadie’s other spin-offs have made trips to LA and I can’t wait to see them again soon, hopefully! 🤞🏻 You never know who will pop up in this beautiful smut world Sadie has created.
I loved this book and give it 4.5⭐️!! I don’t know why I’ve seen so many negative reviews but very thankful I didn’t let them influence my decision to read it. My only critique or criticism would be is the title of the book is Fierce Queen and I wish Alana had more “queen” moments. The moments she did have were good I just wanted more. This is a Sadie Kincaid book which means there is going to be spice and when you have a very hot, possessive/protective burn the world mmc yes there will fantastic spice!! Alejandro has unlocked a new book thrill for me!! The way he says cabrona just tickled my fancy!! lol 😂 I also loved that Alejandro was such a hard ass but also had a very soft spot for his wife and one other person in the story. I would definitely recommend this series and make up your mind if you like it or not and not pay attention to the reviews!! Now I’m on to book 3 of the series!!
Alana and Alejandro Montoya, Fierce Queen, L.A. Ruthless book two. Alana is Alex Fierce Queen his princess his life his wife. Alana is still happily working at the shelter, Lucia Ramos a young pregnant runaway has a story to tell, an incredible young woman and she has stolen Alana's heart, she needs to go back to her carers the Baker's this is one dangerous game they are playing even for the king of L.A. Lucia is staying put. This book is so hot and the earth certainly moves, that steams up chapter after chapter, with dangerous and emotional moving moments, it's a beautiful book that I loved reading and left me with a big sigh, with a belter of an ending. this author has hit my soft spot with this read once again 5*****
I got to about 50% and I just couldn’t go on. The plot just wasn’t compelling enough.
I am not a big fan of duets cause why is it a duet? 😩
Anyways, the first one was okay and I only decided to read this second part because this book is mentioned in the Ryan Rule series and I wanted to have a grasp on the happenings of this mafia word but chile, it was not worth it.
There is barely any plot in this book and the spice just felt out of place. Like, we all love spice but give us plot too.
Another thing, Spanish is my native language and the Spanish spoken in this book was cringey. Not a fan.
Okay, not going to lie... I am 20% in and already annoyed at the sheer volume of the use of "amigo" simply because Spanish speaking humans don't use the word amigo every sentence. It is actually rarely used when speaking to friends, period.
So I never finished it. I was so bored. I was forcing myself to read the book and after about a month I gave up thinking I'd come back eventually. Nope. I couldn't care less about this story.
Once again the misuse of Spanish and Spanish speaking people had me annoyed. WHO SAYS AMIGO THAT MUCH? None of my family, that's for sure. Once again lazy writing. "How can I make these characters come off Spanish? I KNOW! They will say amigo every sentence. That'll get the point across." I swear that was the author's line of thinking.
Book: Fierce Queen Author: Sadie Kincaid Recommend: Yes Spice: 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️ Age recommendation: 18-30+ Years
My feelings:
All hail the queen of SMUT. Sadie my queen you have done it again.
“I leaned over the sofa and planted a kiss on her head before pressing my lips against her ear. ‘Roll those eyes at me again, princess and I will take my belt to your ass,’ I whispered.
The audio was on fire!! I mean seriously when you got a male and female doing the voices it makes the experience better, but when they can change there voices per character then its the cream on the cake! Well done!
“I pointed my finger in her face. ‘I am Alana fucking Montoya. I am the fucking Queen of LA, and I am also Lucy’s new guardian. Now, you can call the cops, or your church, or your momma for all I care, but I can assure you it will do you absolutely no good, because my husband owns this goddamn city. Now, crawl back into your hole and go think about why you’re such a nasty bitch and why your husband thinks that a sixteen year old child has been looking at him,’ I snarled and then I turned on my heel and marched down her path, my six inch heels clicking all the way.
I loved this book. Not as much I loved the first one, but I loved this one. I loved the addition of Lucia. I also love how Alana evolved slowly with everyone. It was nice to see a meek little girl gain some balls.
“I smiled as I looked down at her. My feisty little princess. I knew this conversation wasn’t over. I hadn’t been lying the night before. She allowed me to be in control, but the truth was that she held all of the power in our relationship. With a single word, she could bring me to my knees, and she knew it.”
I do wish there had been a tab bit more action in this, I felt like it was all mainly at the end. But the spice made up for it. Sadie knows how to write a good storyline to go with eh heavy dose of smut.
‘We’ll get them back. I promise.’ ‘We’d better, Jax. Because if we don’t, I will burn this city and everyone in it to the ground!’
Im impressed with the language Sadie used in her smut chapters, cause to be honest when people use silly language to describe a penis it destroys the chapter completely. Sadie thankfully uses the right words. Even the dirty talk is good. Its not cringe worthy at all.
I can do anything when I have you by my side.’ I smiled as I snuggled my head against his chest. ‘Te quiero, Alex.’ ‘Te quiero, Alana.’
Good work I loved this book. Cannot wait for book 3.

First of all, Fierce Quen is the conclusion to Alejandro & Alana's story so YOU MUST READ Fierce King (Book 1) FIRST! This story picks right back up where Book 1 left off, and since I'm sure there are people who haven't read either yet, I'm going to be pretty vague. The heat between these two is leveled up so super HOT HOT HOT, despite the fact that I wanted to choke the hero more than once LOL! All kinds of stuff is happening this round making the twists come in hot so I don't know which way is up putting me firmly in my happy place dropping loud f-bombs as I tried to figure out who the biggest danger was. There was also action because of the danger stalking them, family drama, betrayal, and something I never saw coming. Fierce Queen is a dark read that I couldn't get enough of so I had to add this new to me author, Sadie Kincaid, to my list to read everything I can get my hands on! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
📗 Mafia 📕 Arranged Marriage 📘 Alphahole MMC 📙 Abduction 📚 Family Drama
Book 2 picked up right where book 1 left off. I never expected the twist with Lucy, and thought it was a great addition to the story. I feel like the story was overpowered with too many smexy scenes. Yeah we know you have a healthy active smex life but it really doesn’t need to be THAT active. Personally this book lost a star as I started to cringe with every time the word “cream” got spoken. Def prefer book 1 over book 2.
This book was 🔥🥵…on so many levels. I thought book one was ste@my? Nope! Had nothing on this one. So many twists and turns yet again and kept me guessing til the end. Was a great ride. I loved Alex and Alana, they have a fantastic dynamic and complement each other so well. You wouldn’t normally think that way but they do! Over all a hot, smëxy read that kept me turning page after page!
I enjoyed this book, though I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite by Sadie Kincaid. There was a huge buildup throughout the book, and I felt that the ending was a little rushed. I would’ve loved to see more in the epilogue. As for the smut, the overuse of the word “cream” was a bit of a turnoff and some scenes felt a little repetitive. Overall I would recommend this book, but I don’t feel like it’s the best look at what Sadie Kincaid has to offer.
Book 2 was definitely better than book 1, which I loved! We get so much more of Lucia, Alana, Alejandro! I love seeing their characters develop deeper commitments/ relationships. This book definitely has some twists & turns plus lots of spicy time!
