Drosmīgs mēģinājums salikt visu rietumu pasaules mākslas vēsturi vienā mazā grāmatiņā. Noder kā labs konspekts par svarīgākajiem virzieniem un notikumiem, bet ja ir nopietnāka interese, tad jāķeras pie garākām grāmatām par katru laikposmu atsevišķi.

This book is well written, and quite an easy read. the information can at times become a lot, because a lot has been put into such a small book, but an amazing way to look over the centuries of art to then further study a specific area.

This was such an easy read for such a factual, textbook style book. It covers a huge variety of artworks and movements, without going into too much detail but really great art history book to give you a general overview.
