Liam needs everything in order for his life to not crumble. Jasmine has fled from Chicago because of her ex. She is surrounded by chaos. They meet at a hotel where she has the last room available. He has driven for hours too so he offers to pay her for use of the room. She agrees. Next morning waking in each others arms they go farther thinking it’s a one night stand. She had a car that broken he offers to drive her. He can’t believe she is in the house next to him. Her mother who died made him crazy and now her daughter is going to be the same. But as much as she makes him crazy with color of paint on the house genomes in the yard. But his 7 year old son when he sees her loves her thinks she is a princess. But going forward they. both have many obstacles can they survive. He has a crazy ex who is using his son to control him. He doesn’t talk to his family. She is on the outs with her father. The list goes on. How they are able to work it out is not easy I received a arc for a honest review

Definite Opposites . . .
Exhausted, but needing to find a room after his reservation was cancelled when a pipe broke, Liam Brentwood drove to the next exit to find a hotel. Vacancies seemed to be very scarce. As luck would have it, the young clerk had just booked the only room they had available. He turned to leave and bumped into a young woman, knocking her purse to the floor as the contents spilled out. Liam was a sort of control freak, very organized, so seeing the mess in her purse, he was not surprised that she couldn’t find her key. He realized she was the one who had booked that last room, so he offered her $500 if he could share it, promising no “funny business”. Jasmine Donaldson introduced herself and they headed to the room. She had booked a double, so there was plenty of room – but seeing only a king-size bed was totally unexpected! He offered to sleep on the floor, but his back injury from his boxing days kept him uncomfortable enough that she noticed. So they climb into bed, stuffing a pillow and blanket between them, and quickly fall asleep.
When Jasmine wakes, she is in the arms of the stranger and she likes it. She wiggles against him and he sleepily tells her to stop or she will get that “funny business” she didn’t want. She teased him and he rolled over and kissed her. This was a one-night-stand neither would forget!
Jasmine turns out to be his new neighbor. Her disorganization, the length of her grass, and the blue and purple colored flowers she painted on her mailbox, all drive him crazy. Jasmine is a young artsy free spirit. She is leaving Chicago and her ex behind and heading home to mourn the loss of her mother Marta. Almost home, one thing after another interrupts her trip: car breaking down, storm, shortages of hotel rooms. Liam Brentwood is also stranded and makes Jasmine an offer she can’t refuse. They will share the only room left. Well…with one gorgeous guy and gal sharing a room, something eventually pops up changing the plan.
Since Jasmine's car broke down, Liam drives her home but as things get more familiar he is shocked to find he’s heading to his next-door neighbor Marta’s house. Oh no, the neighbor that was nothing but trouble for Liam.

Liam meets Jasmine at a hotel, where she's just gotten the last available room. He offers her $500 to sleep on the floor, and she accepts because her car broke down and she needs some money to fix it. Of course they end up sharing the one bed and get jiggy, and then the next day, they find out that Jasmine is actually his new neighbor.
Yes, the premise is ridiculous, but it is a pretty hot start to the book.
The two butt heads because they're so opposite, but they can't keep their hands off each other. Until Liam finds out that Jasmine is his best friend's estranged daughter.
I don't normally like age gap books (unless it's the FMC that's older), and the banging dad's BF is not my kink, but this was actually pretty good for what it is. I wasn't as interested in the back end, where it focused more on Jasmine and her dad and him finding out that she was knocked up by his BFF, but I did like the characters and the overall story.
All the Disney stuff was super cringe, though.

Jasmine is coming back to her mother's place since her mother died. On her way it seems like everything is against her making her trip. She ends up renting a room when the weather gets bad. Liam is stranded as well but there aren't any rooms available so he approaches Jasmine and offers to pay her if she will share her room. She agrees and its not long before things heat up between them. The next morning when she remembers that her car is broke down she mentions it to Liam. Liam offers her a ride and is stunned when she ends up being his neighbor. Sparks fly as he tries to fight his attraction to her. Its not long before he gives into temptation again. However, things get complicated when they learn that he is best friends with her father. Will things end between them? Can they find a way to be together?
This is an amazing story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Liam was having a hard time finding a room for the night. All he wanted to do was sleep so when he bumped into a woman going out of the last hotel, he struck a bargain with her, and it would change his life. Jasmine was on her way back home. He mother had just passed, and she is devastated and with her car breaking down, she was short on cash and didn't know how things would work out so when the gentlemen suggested they share the room she agreed, and it started their journey. Neither knew they would be next door neighbors, but it made for a good fight between them until their feelings got involved. Their lives changed even more when Liam learns that Jasmine's father is his best friend, and he is going to become a father again! This story drew me in and had me all caught up in Liam and Jasmine's drama from start to finish!

Accidental Daddy Next Door is the first book I have read by Madison Rice and I loved it. I can't wait to read the next book in this series. It was a very enjoyable read with characters that I really liked and found very relatable. Liam and Jasmine were so different in many ways - like water and oil. Liam was very serious, uptight, required order and needed to be in control. Jasmine was very creative, laid back, fun to be around and a spur of the moment kind of person. Liam's son is a very cute little boy who really likes Jasmine. He even thinks she is a real life princess. This story pulled me in and kept me reading. I didn't want to stop until I finished reading every word. I was really sad when I got to the end because it was so good. It made me laugh and it made me cry...lots of emotions. I think is a book that most readers would enjoy reading.

Jasmine is a free spirit and kind of a mess but she owns her messiness. Liam is a neat freak and a control freak. However, a chance meeting demolishes both of their set-in-place outlooks. One thing they have in common is they both have living hearts. Their attraction gives them a start but their growing feelings for and acceptance of each other keeps pulling them together. Add in Eric and a baby in the way and the deal is done. I really liked Jasmine’s openness, even though saying everything with no filter could be a problem. And though Liam was stiff, he was also loyal and kind and caring and steady. Good read.

Jasmine and Liam’s story is going to make you fall hard. They are beyond likable and their story is quite romantic and hot. Their meet/cute is quite funny and you will love the chemistry that radiates between these two characters. This story has a wild and fun tale of falling in love with an older man who happens to be your new neighbor and who has been a part of your world without you realizing. The coincidences that these two get into is quite funny but it adds to the overall storyline. Liam is sexy as sin and he tries hard not fall for Jasmine for many reasons. Watching their struggle over their attraction keeps the story going and is quite entertaining. You will love watching their story unfold and the sexiness is off the charts! Happy Reading!!

Liam and Jasmine are almost polar opposites, the true meaning of 'opposites attract'. Their age gap doesn't matter, nor does the fact that he is grumpy and she is sunshiny, while he has lots of money and she doesn't. They know how to get on each other's nerves, sometimes in very funny ways, but you can really feel the heat and the affection between them. I love the ways in which Jasmine goes out of her way to irritate Liam. I also love their steamy scenes and the ways in which Liam shows he cares. The relationship between Jasmine and Eric, Liam's son, is really lovely. The plot is fun, the characters are likeable, and the book is well written. I highly recommend it!

This book was funny, entertaining and unputdownable. A terrible first impression leads to a steamy encounter that was supposed to be a one of sort of thing. As Fate would have it the one night lovers end up as neighbours and adversaries. Neither can forget that very passionate night and now they have an unexpected souvenir. Can uptight, growly and irascible Liam, and the free-spirited, independent and chronically unorganized Jasmine lower their guards enough to let each other into their hearts and forge a future together?

This is a good age-gap, true opposites attract book with two main characters that have plenty of chemistry and irritations towards each other. He has a hard time finding a room for the night, so makes a deal with a woman and that changes his life. She is on her way back home as her mother just passed. Later on they discover they are about to become next door neighbors. Their lives change even more when he learns that her father is his best friend, and he’s going to be a father again. The book had me all caught up the drama from start to finish, so I recommend the read.

Amazingly funny, humorous, emotional and heartwarming! This story had me laughing from the beginning. Liam being very OCD (obsessive, compulsive) in everything he does and Jasmine being the total opposite makes this story a compulsive reading. They start off by sharing a hotel room, hooking up in the process and convinced they’ll never see each other again. How wrong they both are! Can you imagine finding out the girl is your best friend’s daughter, that she’s a wild card, an amazing artist and pregnant with your baby and let’s not forget you’re twice her age. A very compelling reading filled with heartfelt emotions! A recommended age-gap romance!

Okay this book was absolutely adorable, amazing, cute, and wonderful. Who thinks to use Disney Princesses and cartoons as their running theme for a plot? And a beauty and the beast rendition at that? Who wouldn’t love Disney? I love how bratty Jasmine Mitchell Donaldson is with grumpy Liam Brentwood. Her comments alone make me love her character. Their story is an opposites-attract scenario that many authors have stopped writing about. We get a couple families reuniting as well. I do love the banter and fun in this story. Love it!.

Liam and Jasmine meet when he pays her 500 to let him sleep in the last available hotel room. They are both exhausted and promise to behave themselves however, the morning finds them acting differently. Jasmine’s car needs to go to the repair shop, so Liam offers to drive her home. Low and behold her house is next door to Liam’s, the one that is always breaking the HOA rules and driving him crazy. As time goes on they agree to a neighbors with benefits arrangement. Jasmine gets along with his son and things seem to be fine until. This is a cute story that’s very easy to read and there are some steamy moments in this book.

This is an Absolutely Must read book it will make you laugh and cry, it is so much fun to read. The opposite attract between Jasmine and Liam’s story, is filled with so much back and forth response it will make your head spin, lots of chemistry and tension at its best. Put a little boy in the mix, you have the best of the best in this genre. The secondary characters are great and help understand more of the story. I highly recommended it. I loved Jasmin's sunshine to Liam's dark clouds perfect light to dark it makes for some explosive chemistry.

I loved this book very much. I can't stand books where the girl is just falling all over herself to get the guy. She does everything he says and when he says it.
If that's what you're looking for, this isn't the one for you. Are you looking for an 'independant woman that needs no man' (an expression I used with my girlfriends), then this is the one for you.

I LOVED this book. Their relationship and how they were together was just super amazing. The plot was really good. It was easy to follow along and although it was predictable, her being his new neighbor, It was still gooooood. I hated that this was so short, it ended too quickly for my liking.
I can't wait to read more by this author. I hated how fast she forgave him - which is why i rated 4 stars.
It needed more groveling and making it up to her for him being an asshat. But even without all that, it ended up REALLY good

This was a delightful story that goes through different emotions from frustration to irritation, as well as chemistry and attraction between Jasmine and Liam. Their first acquaintance did not go smoothly, but that certainly changes along the way when they find out to their surprise that they are neighbors. Their story keeps you glued to your book and takes you on their way to falling in love with each other and whether they can find happiness together.

You already know the troupe so this is a sweet romantic story. Both characters are struggling with their pasts. Liam is struggling with his ex-wife and sharing custody of his cute son Eric. Jasmine is a bohemian beauty who mom just past away. Jasmine inherited her mom’s home and is living there with Liam as her hot and attractive neighbor. They are indeed attracted to each other but fighting it all the way. Read On!

Overall opinion: I felt it was okay. Looking back and thinking I don’t think I liked this book all much. It was a quick and easy read, but the characters were all over the place.
Both MC were going back and forth with their feelings. So much so that I had whip lash. One second they were okay and saying they had feelings for the other. Then the next they were swearing off.

I liked Jasmine and Liam's story. It had a lot of tropes, ONS, dad's best friend, Age Gap, and accidental pregnancy. It could have done better minus one of these, to be honest, because it just jumbles up the story too much. But still, I like the author's writing style, and it was a quick, light read.

This was a good age gap forbidden taboo relationship book, a true opposites attract story. There was plenty of chemistry but also plenty of irritations between the two of them. This is a definite must-read.
