dark fantasy, dark romance, mystery, horror, mirror magic. Cliffhanger, sex, violence and gore.
I really appreciate this author's original, twisted imagination. It's a page turner. The creatures are unique and the characters are intriguing. There's a lot of personal growth going on. The MC is a little bit of a lush, drinking way too much and she lets the miseries of her life have a life of their own. Very protective of the people she loves, to the point she endangers everything around her.
Like I said it's a Cliffhanger and I can't wait for the next book!!!

Shattered is a fantastic read. Set in a world where travel between mirrors occurs and with a complex lore this book will keep you turning pages.
The world building is phenomenal, with mythology and science thrown together almost seamlessly. The characters are complex individuals and their development and growth is noticeable throughout their journey.
Definitely keeping an eye out for the remainder of this series.
