About the author

Jill Simons is a Catholic author, speaker, and podcaster, and the Executive Director of Many Parts Ministries. She has loved the Church’s teaching on charisms since high school, when her own difficulty finding resources to discern her gifts led her to a decade of study and exploration.

Jill founded Many Parts Ministries in 2023 to help every Catholic understand their unique role in the Body of Christ by discerning their charisms through accessible, practical resources. Her books include The Essential Handbook on Living Your Charisms, Open Your Gifts, Mission Clarity, Guided by Grace, Passion & Purpose: Charisms for Teens, and Start the Adventure: Charisms for Kids, along with curricula for parishes, youth ministries, and Catholic schools.

She hosts the Charisms for Catholics podcast and is the developer of the Many Parts App, a free mobile app that connects Catholics with charism discernment resources. She has been a featured speaker at the Given Institute, the Abide Conference, Fidelis Inspire, and parish and diocesan events throughout the United States.

Most importantly, she is a wife and mom of four, enjoying family life in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
