Unbeknownst to him, his daughter also sneaks aboard ship.

Niklas Olsson doesn’t think he deserves a bride, but he accompanies his best friend, Lars, to meet the ship hoping to find a humble woman to share his quiet life. When danger catches up with them, will he risk everything to save both women knowing one is honest and the other a deceiver?

Dagmar is stronger than she thinks

She rescues herself and Algot multiple times before they need real help being rescued. She is a planner, smart and a little devious when needed, but ultimately selfless with a huge heart.
An action packed historical romance which I read on Kindle Unlimited.

Doppelgangers

What a wonderful and intriguing story. Attempted kidnapping, subterfuge, and winning over the bad guys. Understanding the salvation of Christ's gift by living it more than reading it.

Beautiful story, wonderfully written. May your faith continue to show through you gift of the written word.

This book is full of surprises, twists and turns. Just when you think you know what is going to happen you find you’re wrong. I mean what could go wrong with two young ladies that look alike, trying to escape kidnappers, cross the ocean, one stowing away on a transatlantic voyage, unknown grooms(?). Fasten your seatbelts, this is a bumpy voyage.

I enjoyed the book! Dagmar was the lookalike of a rich man’s daughter. There was a lot of drama and action (especially near the end!). I recommend reading this book!

What an adventure!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Dagmar is an orphan who gets a job at the Soderland's house only to find out that she looks exactly like her boss's daughter Algot. When Day at is almost kidnapped Mr. Soderland hatches a scheme for Day at to sail to America impersonating Algot. When Dagmar comes back to her room on the ship after getting some food, she finds Algot in her room. This story is very exciting and well written. I'm hoping that Algot will have her own story because I would definitely love to read how she ended up on the ship.

Double Trouble

You will enjoy reading Dagmar: Rescue Me. Dagmar can’t believe she has found a good job, but quickly realizes she is in trouble. She and her new boss’s daughter, Alcot look they twins. Oh boy, this cannot be good. Sure enough, it happens, they think she is the rich daughter, not the orphan girl. It will follow her all the way to America. The story continues, but you will have to read this wonderful story, to see what happens next.

enjoyed

What a different type of book and outcome that I didn’t suspect. However I still got to wonder if there wasn’t some sort of treachery involved with the birth of those two girls and they really are twins that were separated at birth

First of all, I’d say don’t read the blurb, just read the book and you will find surprises right and left. It was more fun that way! This book was great! I’d highly recommend it!
