This book was a really helpful introduction to all of the options when it comes to real estate. It also made it seem way less scary to invest in real estate as a means of early retirement, as it shouldn’t go completely awry if you have the knowledge and data on a good investment. We are excited to hopefully try the BRRRR method as that will allow us to get multiple rentals on a lower budget.

This is a solid book focusing on ways to achieve financial independence. It is a relatively general overview, so it does not go into a great deal of depth, but one strength that this book does have is that it doesn't just talk about real estate. Obviously that is the emphasis probably ties about the importance of diversifying asset classes and revenue streams, especially as you look towards a future where you don't necessarily need your job. I really enjoyed Carson's other book, and this was a solid addition as well.
