Mind Phenomenon

Does the mind-body entanglement puzzle follow the scientific laws of our time? This book brings forth a revolutionary concept of a subtle crude entity to explain the expression of mind in the biological system.
It describes how this entity may link propensities, polarities, and the process of viral invasion to our ever-emerging thought process. The subtle liaison between protozoic, metazoic and unit mind, through a unified command, is proposed to control the biochemical events at the molecular level. The book advances an intuitive rationalization mode of mind to sustain the sentient values against the stationary platform, through reversible order. The role of self-created intuitive reasoning would, silently, propel the reader from chaos in to a sublime, higher order living.

Mind Phenomenon
Author - Uttam Pati
Genre - Neuroscience / Biology
Rating - 5/5

Brain and its working procedure always felt evocative to me. Does brain work and its mechanism pique your curiosity? I have studied a little about neuroscience and research work online, and when I saw this book I couldn't afford to lose the opportunity to read this book.

The author Uttam Pati is a Professor and an emeritus scientist, who served as Dean and Chairman, at the School of Biotechnology, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is a chemist and a biologist and holds two PhD degrees, takes us into the mysterious dungeons of the brain, and guides us to explore various work types and many interesting compositions that define the brain which is always felt puzzling.

Does the mind-body entanglement puzzle follow the scientific laws of our time? This book brings forth a revolutionary concept of a subtle crude entity to explain the expression of the mind in the biological system.

It describes how this entity may link propensities, polarities, and the process of viral invasion to our ever-emerging thought process. The subtle liaison between protozoic, metazoic, and unit mind, through a unified command, is proposed to control the biochemical events at the molecular level. The book advances an intuitive rationalization mode of mind to sustain the sentient values against the stationary platform, through reversible order. Brain, a powerful and mysterious element in our body, we possess it and it enthralls humans to go deep down to unveil the mystery of it's unknown channels. Brain and its evolution is always a renowned query for humans.
This book sheds light on the deepest analysis on brain work, cell program, and its operational mode which is a pathway to express the mind.
It talks about viruses, viruses are pre-programmed entities. How do you feel if you know 40% - 80% human genome arrived from some archaic viral Invasion Based on a hypothesis though, this is an extremely evocative chapter that blew my mind.

Page after page talks about brain mechanisms, how viruses are pre-programmed, the evolution of life, cell functioning, and much more interesting information.
In the context of the brain, the author tried to unveil the understanding of the mind and its terrains in the brain. The intertwined thought process and when he analyzed the simulated work process, it came out as a mind-blowing chapter. It concluded an act of reaching ultimate truthfulness.

With 6 chapters Professor Pati explored how biological, chemical, and physical conditions have a significant impact on the emotional side of our brain, and how these are all intertwined.
I would prefer Chapter Five, Brain Plasticity and Oxygen, I thoroughly enjoyed this reading.
With scrupulous research work the narrative tries to emphasize the concept that our
future of biological studies needs to decipher the cellular mystery.

This book is highly thought-provoking and it's for those who are science enthusiasts, interested in biology, and curious about the brain.

Our brain is a powerful organ whose processes extend beyond basic cognitive functions. For example, when we experience an emotional event, our brain releases chemicals like cortisol (a stress response) or oxytocin ( a pleasure response). These chemicals don't just affect our brain, they flow throughout our body, influencing various physiological functions.

A great example can be seen in the body’s fight-or-flight response. When faced with perceived threats, our mind signals the body to prepare, resulting in an increased heart rate, faster breathing, and a surge of adrenaline. This is the mind commanding a physical reaction.

The mind-body connection isn't a one-way street. Just as our mind can influence our body, our bodily state can affect our mental health. For instance, regular physical exercise isn’t just good for our muscles and heart—it’s also shown to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.

“Mind Phenomenon “ is one such book written by the Author Uttam.
The book delves into the fascinating and intricate relationship between the mind and body, offering a fresh outlook on the entangled dilemma that has puzzled scientists for ages.

The concept of a subtle crude entity as a bridge between the mind and biological systems is truly revolutionary and thought-provoking.

The Author skillfully weaves together ideas about propensities, polarities, viral invasion, and the interconnectedness of different levels of consciousness to paint a comprehensive picture of how the mind influences our biological processes.

In my opinion, this book is a captivating blend of scientific theory and philosophical insight, making it must read for anyone interested in knowing the mysteries of the mind and the body.

In "Mind Phenomenon", Uttam Pati embarks on a bold journey to demystify the mind-body paradox, offering a unique perspective on the nature of consciousness. Here Uttam Pati proposes the concept of a Unit Particle (UP) as the fundamental unit of consciousness, responsible for linking cellular processes to the mind phenomenon.

Through six concise chapters, Pati masterfully weaves together insights from neuroscience, quantum physics, and philosophy, presenting a compelling case for the UP as the energy unit of consciousness. The book encourages readers to think deeply about the nature of reality, consciousness, and the human experience.

While Pati's ideas may spark debate and discussion, his work represents a significant contribution to our understanding of the mind and its intricate relationship with the brain. With crystal-clear scientific and biological explanations, Pati skillfully weaves together concepts like protozoic and metazoic development, unit mind theory, and panspermia to reveal the profound impact of bodily systems on mental processes. The topics seem complex but the author explains them in very easy language so that readers don't face any difficulty in understanding.

Overall, "Mind Phenomenon" is a thought-provoking and insightful read that will appeal to anyone interested in the mysteries of the human mind and consciousness. This book has followed a scientific approach in understanding and classifying the mind as Phenomenon. It explains about the mind in a biological perspective and gives a clear vision about all the concepts behind it. The author has put a lot of effort and research into bringing us all the info so that we can have a better understanding of how it works and how to deal with it too. The book has six chapters covering the mind-body connection, expression of mind in cell, virus in mind, polaris and propensities of mind, oxygen in mind and chaos to order.

In modern science, the crude cell and the subtle mind are not perceived as a single system. So this book has a logically derived hypothesis by explaining the expression of mind which is a combined entity of protozoic, metazoic and unit mind, is a process that may be involved in demonstration of both polaris and propensities. The role of oxygen in the mind body interface has further been linked to the mind control phenomenon. This book will give a knowledge of how we can turn the crude mind into positive, from chaos to order, which can be achieved through disciplining the subtle mind, reshaping life from ordinary to extraordinary. Very informative and gives a deep knowledge about the mind. Perfect title and the cover for the concept of the book.

"Mind Phenomenon" promised to delve into the depths of the human psyche, offering a tantalizing exploration of the complexities of thought and consciousness. However, what unfolded within its pages was nothing short of a tedious exercise in futility.

The storyline, if it can even be called that, was a disjointed mess of half-baked concepts and shallow characterizations. Rather than delving into the intriguing aspects of the mind, the narrative seemed content to meander aimlessly, never quite finding its footing or offering any meaningful insights.

The characters were mere caricatures, lacking any semblance of depth or relatability. Their interactions felt forced and contrived, failing to evoke any emotional investment from the reader. Instead of provoking thought or sparking introspection, "Mind Phenomenon" left me feeling indifferent and disengaged.

To make matters worse, the writing itself was pedestrian at best, littered with clichés and devoid of any real artistry or imagination. It was as if the author had given up halfway through, content to coast on tired tropes and recycled ideas.

In the end, "Mind Phenomenon" was a wasted opportunity, failing to live up to its lofty ambitions and ultimately leaving me with nothing but a sense of profound disappointment. Save yourself the time and effort, and seek out a book that actually has something meaningful to say.

Mind Phenomenon by Uttam Pati is revolutionary. It provides novel perspective about body-mind algorithm, insightful analysis, challenging conventional paradigms, and intuitive reasoning for deeper understanding of human mechanism and consciousness.

Mind Phenomenon is a science non-fiction that revolves around the 'subtle crude entity'-the mind. In this book Prof. Pati researches a single question: 'how does the mind express itself through body functions?'

From a common perception, the ‘mind’ and the ‘body’ are two separate entities. They're the binary that constitute our existence; while one is in abstract form the latter is defines our physical existence. But how does the mind and the biological system become the sign and the signifier? ©
