Since sophomore year, Lee Charles has had a crush on the star of the basketball team and the most popular boy in Avery Row High School, Darren Jensen. When Lee and Darren get paired together on an English project during their junior year, they immediately become friends. Good Read, but....
The story line is the same, just from a more current period in time, but it goes back to previous manuscript too much. Felt like I was reading the book twice. Hope the third novel is better.
