This book is a summary of my learnings which I accumulated based on various ups and down while delivering multiple program and project implementations across multi-industry and numerous countries. Since I started my career as a project manager, I have seen that all projects are not similar and every project has some or other challenges. However, still there are a few things that can be done to ensure that the chances of project success increase multi-fold. I will share these secrets with all the program and project management professionals or people who are part of the project journey. This book is divided into two parts – Part 1 talks about the overall processes that should be utilized based on my learnings, and Part 2 talks about the key skills each project manager should possess to make the projects successful.

About the Author
The Author, Mohit Jain, is a certified project and program management practitioner in the IT (Information Technology) industry, with more than seventeen years of experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), HCM (Human Capital Management) & Payroll, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution (both Custom solutions and product) implementation. In his journey, he primarily worked with Manufacturing and Automobile customers and other industries like Retail, Financial Institutions, and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. He has substantial experience in managing multi-country digital transformation projects and program implementation with geographically distributed teams to ensure that each project delivers the organization's strategic benefits. He has achieved various Program and Project certifications in his credit – PgMP®, PMP®, SAFe® 5 Agilist, CSM®, ITIL (F).

Easy language with adequate vocabulary is used in the book. The chapters where the Author talks about the steps or the generally used Water-Fall model of a project is described in a much more accessible language.
