My name is Kadour « Zianimal » Ziani. I am a dunk pioneer, and holder of the world highest kick at 9 feet 9 inches. To this day, I have had one of the greatest vertical releases with one foot with 56 inches, and was able to dunk from the free throw line, despite being only 5 feet 11. I have performed approximately 30 000 Dunks during my 33 years career as a professional Dunker.
I am characterised by my unique training style, based on mobility, body control, balance, and core strength. I have trained and am still training NBA players.
Despite having several inspirations, I have mostly learnt on my own, outside in nature, without teachers, without a coach, barefoot or not. Find on this book an amazing scientific analysis of the 7 Postures by Azdine Bousnana sports physiotherapist (2008) and Physical Trainer (2003); physiotherapist of Cyril Gane UFC MMA
Some Great support with Ben The #kneesovertoesguy Patrick, Founder of the #ATG
"I will always be grateful to him, and he will always be my mentor and hero. Kadour is the first dunker to properly address strength and flexibility, and this inspired me to change my own body when I couldn’t dunk. I fixed myself and became a trainer to help others do the same. I have now helped people to over 1850 knee success stories and Kadour was one of my very key mentors that I believe is responsible for helping all these people!

Why this Book?
With this book, I am sharing my precious knowledge, based on more than 30 years experience at a high level. Throughout my long career, I have undergone several severe injuries (eg : achilles tendon rupture) that many athletes have been unable to recover from. In 2022, at age 49, I am still able to dunk, being only 5 foot 11. The reason behind that ? A strict training regimen.
I actually consider injuries as a blessing, because that is how I have learnt and developed my particular training method.
I was inspired by everything and everyone. My best teacher was injury.
Reading that book will make you travel to my world, the Zianiland.

Victor Lepa « As some one who broke my Fibular Growth Plate and has sprained my ankles over a dozen times playing basketball, Kadour changed my life by setting an example of how to properly heal and maintain the ankle and foot. Kadour’s methods of embracing ankle mobility and strengthening the ankle and foot through its entire possible range of motion, all without pain, proved to be the ‘cure’ I needed for the past five years.
The writer is obviously not a native English speaker and that obscures some of his messaging. The program itself feels difficult to scale back if you can't get into these postures, and he spend a lot of time on areas that feel a little extraneous. Lateral ankle mobility? Unless you are overcoming a specific deficit that impacts your life, this might not be worth your time.
A simple mobility program based on the postures of traditional people’s, and employed by NBA players to increase their perforce. Interesting, and short, worth a read.
I’d been curious about this system for a long time, and I’m glad I finally started. Within just four days, I felt real benefits, and now, after a little over two weeks, the difference is clear. My body awareness has improved, I feel calmer, and I can get lower and move better—especially noticeable on the basketball court. What stands out the most is how my whole body feels connected, and I’ve learned how to control tension at will. It almost makes you feel superhuman. This has quickly become a daily routine for me, and I know there’s still so much more to gain. I also appreciate Kadour not just for the method, but for the person he is. Highly recommended for athletes, movers, or anyone wanting to unlock new levels of control and freedom in their body.
The lower leg, specifically ankle, foot arch and big toe make all the difference in mobility and movement. Being able to move as and when I want as a 50+ year old man starts with the foundation of foot and big toe! Amazing amount of knowledge in such a short book
You can sum up the whole "book" in 7 pages/pictures. All other is just a content filler. Although I find it helpful and worth the money, i have zero experience with yoga, which could be probably much richer in content.
Love the simplicity of this manual and the applicability. Knowing this wisdom was gained over a lifetime from a great athlete who observed nature adds to the allure of it.
Novel content, but he needs a better English translator. Some of his phrasing is awkward. Fortunately it takes nothing away from the technical content.
A simple and easy guide to improve your mobility. While yoga classes and teachings do include several of these poses/stretches, this book is still informative for those not able to commit to yoga.
Some of these poses seem difficult but I look forward to trying them. I'm not interested in dunking but I think they can improve my flexibility in the long run.
