This is another in comic-book style series of books from Jessie Ash. There is Evan who says he is a loser and Chris, the person he is speaking to. Evans girlfriend broke up with him and Chris's girlfriend broke up with him.

There's a blood transfusion involved and it turns out the blood was from a gender shifter. One thing interesting in this series of books is how a person can change gender and also change clothing at the same time.

There's a gym involved and the romance part then comes up. The book also has a positive ending which, to me, is important in almost any book. After the story ends there's a section with alternative covers.
