I read several books on mobiles homes and this book is completely different, the author goes directly to the point, no bluff of financial independence or you are going to make a lot of money, nothing at all, it goes straight to the point how to market to buy properties, what kind of problem you should be trying to find to get the property and what kind of problems to avoid. This book is fantastic with the tips and the simple way they are presented.

Anytime I search lower cost homes for sale mobile homes pop up and I was always a little scared of the, as investment vehicle. This book helped to alleviate some of those fear by educating me on the basics of buying and investing in mobile homes. It also goes into the nitty gritty and provides countless tips and strategies.
