It’s was okay but some miscommunication.

This was a sweet and light romance.
The book was short and fast paced, so the romance developed quickly.
I seem to be having this complaint a lot lately, but I don't know why Jura and Lara became a couple specifically out of all the potential couples that could have formed. I don't really understand why they were drawn together.
My main complaint with this book is what the heck happened to the luxury escape pod from the last book? Please don't say they let that thing drift back out to sea!
There is no way rational people, who are trying to survive, would let a functioning escape pod with INDOOR PLUMBING just drift out to sea. More importantly, that escape pod had another fabricator.
The tribe is depending on their fabricator so much there is no way they would let another fabricator go.
Also why can't they use the fabricator from the escape pod to create the part they need to fix the other fabricator saving the trip to the "super dangerous city"?
Which by the way seemed to be pretty normal and not that dangerous. It seemed more like Jura showed up to this fairly peaceful city and just started killing people.
Yeah, so I rate it 4/5 stars because I enjoyed the book but the plot was a little lacking in places

Kyrzon Gladiator
I have read all the Kyrzon books I could find. I kept thinking as I read each one, that it would be my favorite. Then I would read the next book and change my mind. I enjoyed every single one. I just wish she would have continued the stories on a bit farther. It would have been fun to actually see these warriors become fathers in real not just the pregnancies. All the brides would be due fairly close together. It would make a hilarious ending. They could add another pod with people. I hope she continues their stories. I would love to maybe visit back after 20 years or so......Highly recommend!

This might be my favorite of the series. I love the broodiness of Jura. Character development is great for MMC. FMC is very likeable and relatable.
Spice: 3/5 it was still good but was missing a certain element of spicy/sweetness that the first 2 books had. That said, the angst in this one is way better.

Good read
Lara is not looking for a mate but if she was it would be Jura. Jura is not looking for a mate because he has an old score to settle. But the best laid plans seem to always go astray. Enjoy

Fun Read
We are returned to the Kyrzon world with Juro and Lara. Both protagonists are damaged souls and are haunted by their past. Lara is a beautiful woman of colour though it is not referred to very much but still the writer does make the effort to introduce a woman of colour which I do applaud. Her geek like ways charm Juro who is smitten by Lara but is determined to keep his distance from her in order to seek vengeance for the treatment he endured in his past. A really good story and I will be reading more of Ms. Luna's books as they are light and fun to read!!
